Be cautious if Pro Muffler & Brake asks you to purchase the parts for a repair…read more I paid them to replace a special-order bushing on my 4x4 pickup. They asked me to obtain the parts myself, as they had done during an earlier repair. After the work was completed, the new seal leaked. When I returned, they said they would charge me additional labor to correct the problem because I had supplied the parts. Their signed warranty states, "We will honor work that we have performed, and there are no exceptions." I understand that a shop may not warranty a customer-supplied part, but that limitation should have been clearly explained before the work was authorized--not after a problem appeared. I now have to pay another shop to determine whether the seal was improperly seated, the housing was damaged, the supplied part was defective, or something else caused the leak. My advice: insist that this shop obtain the required parts itself, and get the parts-and-labor warranty terms in writing before approving any repair.

So I figured I better get it looked at. I heard such good things about Enders so I decided to give them a call. Rich answered and I explained what I was dealing with. He said they could get me in to look at it that day! Once there and after they inspected it, Rich had good news. It was only a crack and they could repair it with a piece of new pipe. (YES!! I didn't need a whole new muffler or exhaust system!) He gave me the price which was WAY under what I thought it would be - completely do-able - and he said it would take about 40 min., they had to order the pipe from the local part store. People - it didn't even take 10 min before the pipe was walking through the door. They repaired the exhaust system quickly and even took off the rusty hitch when I asked them to - and didn't charge me for it! To the ladies out there having to take on car maintenance by them selves, let me just say - these guys are the real deal. They are honest, kind and just all around wonderful. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Thank you Rich and the rest of the team. XOXO

I make appointments to drop my car off. It's always ready quickly and I've never had a bill that shocked me. I really feel like they're honest there and that they do great work. They've worked on five different cars of mine over the past 10 years and I've been 110% satisfied with every encounter I've had with them. If you're wondering why I've had several cars in that time is because I pass them on to people who are down and out and I'm confident that the car will be reliable for them and I find another used one for myself. I've purchased cars as old as 2001 and Hi Tech has been my go to for them all. My last new car was 2014 and it's still running, it has 185,000 miles on it and it needed its first visit to the repair shop about six months ago. I thought that there was a problem with the rear end in the undercarriage, we live on a private gravel road, so the car takes a beating. He looked at it and determined that it was not a problem with the undercarriage and that all I needed was rear brakes. He fixed the rear brakes and now the car is golden, no more shaking and rattling. Great shop, great owner!

If there is no way to replace with blue tint, why was I not consulted to see if I wanted to proceed. I understand the dealership I went through gave instructions to change out the window tint, but it's my car. Why was it ok to do this? I guarantee none of the employees would be ok with different colored tint on their windows. When I asked why they thought it was ok to roll my car out like that, I was informed it's not their job or responsibility to check all the windows. Good thing the dealership paid for my new "window cling" because I wouldn't have and will be going to another place to have it removed and all my windows done to match. I will not take my car back here. Overall I find my experience to be sub-par and unacceptable done with incompetence.

I received a quote for $1400 dollars to drop the subframe. The worker there had justified his decision citing the gas lines, wires were in the way, etc. He mentioned that this pricing was worst case scenario, if the "professional mechanics" snaps the other 6 bolts.
