He has helped me with everything from electrical work and plaster repairs to cabinets, caulking, and just about every other home repair I have needed. What I appreciate most is how much pride he takes in his work. He pays attention to the little details and makes sure everything is done right. He is also incredibly clean. He keeps the work area organized while he is working and always cleans up completely before he leaves. Vladimir is also very reliable, which can be hard to find these days. If he says he will be there at a certain time, he shows up. If there is ever a question or update, he communicates clearly and keeps you informed. I would not hesitate to hire him again and would gladly recommend him to friends and family.

From start to finish the entire team was efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and so wonderful to work with. During the initial consultation, Marcelo provided me with a clear and detailed explanation of the installation process and assured me that the two installers he was sending would be experienced and accommodating...and he was right! On the day of the installation, Alberto & Kevin arrived on time and (to my surprise) completed the job that day. Alberto even made helpful suggestions for the placement of the bed and took the time to answer all of my questions. The quality of their workmanship was exceptional, with great attention to detail and a focus on ensuring that the bed was both secure and functional. On top of that they were so nice and extremely helpful. They even moved heavy furniture from one level of our house to another and cleaned everything up once they were finished. I even got a follow up call from Marcelo just to see how everything went. They were the best! Overall, I would highly recommend Mr. Assembly to anyone looking for a high-quality, professional and reliable installation company. You're in good hands with them!

I recently purchased two IKEA BRIMNES cabinets with glass doors (30 3/4" x 37 3/8") but only to…read morerealize they were too heavy (over 80 lbs each) to assemble on my own. I decided to hire a professional assembler again and opted to try a different company this time for comparison. [Quote and scheduling]: Assembly Masters do not list pricing information on their website. Customers must request a quote via the "GET A FREE QUOTE HERE" button on the website or by calling their contact number. I submitted my request online and received an initial quote of $119.00 (flat rate with no tax) for one cabinet. However, I clarified that my initial job request was assembling two IKEA BRIMNES cabinets and the representative apologized for the typo. Unlike few other assembly companies, Assembly Masters require (1) customers to provide their full address and phone number for order confirmation and (2) provide credit card information to secure the appointment. I later called their number where I spoke with Todd who was very friendly. He finalized my appointment and processed my credit payment payment over the phone. [Service terms and conditions]: Here are some key service terms and conditions to be aware of - * FREE street / validated or paid parking by customer; parking to be provided for Assembler * All boxes to be located in the desired area for assembly prior to arrival * Attaching Items to the wall is an optional service - added charge may apply * Moving items to another room after Assembly is not included * Empty boxes and debris are stacked neatly for disposal by customer * Assemblers do not haul trash/ boxes away after service is complete * Assemblers are NOT required to move existing furniture/ Items * Pictures/ Video of assembly are taken by Assembler for verification [Process]: The technician Alvaro arrived within 24 hours of my booking and within the 3-hour scheduled time window. He was friendly and well-prepared with his tools. Alvaro was able to complete the assembly of both IKEA BRIMNES cabinets in just over an hour. [Conclusion]: Assembly Masters provided a reasonable quote and completed the job efficiently. However, few areas could use improvement including (1) allowing customers to pay in cash or by credit card in person before the job begins rather than requiring payment over the phone, (2) listing clear service prices (or price range) on the website instead of requiring customers to request a quote, and (3) offering to haul away empty boxes instead of leaving them to the customer. Personally these are relatively minor issues, but another furniture assembly company I recently worked with managed to accomplish all three of these areas in addition to completing the assembly job. If these points are not dealbreakers, Assembly Masters is still a solid choice for anyone looking to save time assembling IKEA furniture.

He is incredibly talented... We honestly feel lucky we got to experience how he does business. He has set the bar so high that it's going to be hard to work with anyone else now. What made him different? Clear, consistent communication: Every evening, he gave us a recap of what was done that day and what to expect the following day and for the rest of the week. Updates during the day: He kept us in the loop while he was working (for example, letting us know when he was heading to Home Depot and when he expected to be back to finish a task). He's also just a genuinely kind and honest person. We had originally requested something very specific in our bathroom, and the tile crew made a small mistake. Gary caught it, called us that night to explain, and told us he would have his team redo it so it matched what we agreed on in our initial meeting....without us even asking. That level of integrity and pride in his work is rare. He remodeled our bathroom and bedroom, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Gary is now our go-to for anything construction-related.
