So happy that we did. We went in and the son of the owner was very professional and showed us some samples. We told him that we wanted it done soon. They were here within a few days to measure. Since it had to be ordered, it took a couple of weeks and we were called immediately when it arrived and date was set. We have had lots of flooring throughout the years. This is the best we have ever had. They did an excellent job installing and never wasted any time getting it done. We have had so many compliments. They also stand behind their product. I would recommend them to anyone who needs any type of flooring.

Fir starters they measured incorrectly ordering over one hundred square feet extra. Jeff burchett, the owner verbally harassed me when I asked for a refund. He told me that if I didnt "play nice" with him that he wouldn't help me out because , "I already have your money and I di not care about your opinion" he proceeded to hang up the phone on me! After much debate between my contractor him and myself my contractor went to henry county flooring with our extra flooring where jeff wrote us a PARTIAL refund check. When I cashed the check (that was written for 280 but should have been 500) the check BOUNCED!! I have been harassed by the woman working there and still, several months later I have not received my money or even an apology. They now owe me 520 (20 extra for the check bounce fee) and they REFUSE to pay it unless I take them to court!!! I have shed so many tears and I been taken complete advantage of. It would be a huge mistake to allow henry county flooring to do any of your flooring needs.

We have Anderson windows but they were installed when the house was built in 1987. Some were ok, some needed some work and some needed to be replaced. Seals, caulking, rebuild a sliding glass doors, all new interior handles and 3 windows were too far gone so they were replaced with new construction windows. The good stuff: They are an Anderson window distributor and installer. They know these windows and know how to work on them. And they are a very friendly group to work with. They did excellent work and the windows and sliding glass doors all work like new. The not-so-good. They don't communicate at all. I had to call and call to get any information, even if they planned to show up to work! In spite of the communication issue, I'd certainly use them to work on any Anderson windows.

NEVER had a full crew, just one guy most of the time for an almost 3 story building. No spotters. No masks used. Very poor communication between owner of this business and owner of property. Noticeable paint chipping off building after 2 coats and employee was heard to be saying that "they" meaning tenants and or landlord were picking paint off around windows. No proper direction given to employee from owner of company. No communication given to landlord when they were showing up. This company is unsat. Tons of pictures have been taken. All started with a small handyman job installing an HDTV antenna and rotor, progressed into quoting at least 10 jobs. Pricing was excellent and transparent; work was promptly completed with high-quality workmanship and material, i.e. used structural screws instead of nails. When looking at a project, he often saved us money by suggesting and repurposing materials versus complete removal and waste. Also found that our carpet covered steps had unfinished oak treads - sanded, stained and re-trimmed with matching handrail work - nice! We now have a new very nice brick and stone paved patio, a stand-alone pavilion, re-designed all-season room, new LVP flooring in lower level of house, new ramp for our large shed (which needed work to correct issues from previous contractor) new/repaired steel front stair railings, plumbing work, etcetera. The owner of this business is a very busy, all-work oriented individual who concentrates on his work. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY…read more I scheduled a service call weeks in advance and was told that I would receive a call 30 minutes prior to the technician's arrival. That did not happen and I only had 10 minutes to leave work and get home to meet the company's representative "Vince". It turned out that the overhead garage door opener could not be repaired and no parts were installed. I was presented with a bill that was outrageous. A service call plus labour!!! I was told on site that this company adds a surcharge of 4% if you pay with a credit card. No one told me this or I would have brought my check book. This company does business in a very unethical manner and lost out on a job to replace the doors, hardware and everything else on our 4-car garage plus a 6-car out building. Please continue these deceptive practices so that customers go elsewhere.
