They called after I don't know if it's the manager or the owner and she was so rude and threatening us over the phone?!!??!! Not a big deal with two dollars but when I dropped off the tuxedo I was given a slip showing that…read moreit would be $14.55 and when I picked up the tuxedo she charged me $16.55. when I politely asked why there was an additional two dollars she said because it was a tuxedo. I showed her again what she gave me when I dropped off the tuxedo originally and told her she quoted me $14.55 and that was not my fault. In fact when I dropped off the tuxedo originally she opened it and looked at it and cleaned out the pockets in the lining. She rang up my card while we were still discussing us and then yelled at me in front of three people who had missed the first part of this conversation telling me to never ever come back. I laughed at her and asked why she thought anyone would come back to a store who told them one place and charge them another and then yelled at them for bringing it up. Honestly not really concerned about the two dollars but I would never take clotges there again simply out of fear that if something got messed up I would get yelled at and be told that it was my fault.

American Mega Laundromat has been a life and sanity saver for me…read more I've been using American Mega Laundromat for years, and they've consistently provided excellent service. Since becoming a single mom, their pickup and fold service has become an absolute game changer for me. I work full-time and juggle my toddler's busy schedule, so finding time for laundry can be tough -- but they make it effortless... not to mention my laundry feels clean! I've used Rinse but American Mega is way better. The staff is always kind, professional, and reliable. A special shoutout to Tony, the delivery driver -- he's incredibly courteous and always goes the extra mile. It's rare to find a business that treats customers like family, but American Mega Laundromat truly does. If you're looking for a trustworthy, convenient laundry service with amazing people behind it, I can't recommend them enough!

I went to their website, downloaded the app, and scheduled a pickup for the next day. I was meticulous and bagged my items by type (40 degrees, 30 degrees, and gentle cycle). I used trash bags and then weighed them. The driver called me the day of and gave me a window of time and came directly to my 8th floor apartment door with a giant, rolling bin to pickup my four bags. He is the hero of this story. When the cleaners had questions, he called me. Then we picked a time for him to drop-off based on my schedule. My clothes came back in clear, plastic bags all folded and yes, smelled clean. I could track everything in the app and the receipt was sent to me via email with the breakdown. My weight (of clothes) matched theirs and I was not surprised by the bill. Overall, I would do it again!

If you want to go to this business, be aware that they have some aggressive signs in the window saying that face masks are required to enter. Maybe I was overthinking it, but I went planning to try them since New Members Cleaners in Courthouse closed and then didn't feel comfortable entering without a mask, but I didn't have one with me (it's 2026), and they didn't seem to be offering to provide them. If it were still 2020, that wouldn't have been a problem because I would have had a mask with me. And it would have been fine, if a little odd, if they provided them at the door. But, they don't, so if you don't regularly keep a mask with you, be prepared to stop somewhere else first to buy one or to feel very unwelcome.
