I purchase most of my alcohol here, well, I used to after yesterday. Last week I purchased a 12 pack of Yuengling bottle beer. Several days later I'm into the middle and 1 of the bottles is broke. Went in and the person at the counter who has been there for quite a while possibly owner said well what do you want me to do about it. I responded can I get a replacement. Well no again he states what do you want me to do about it. I left leaving over $100 on the counter in possible sales. He matter of frankly stated, "the box needs your business". I strongly suggest finding another place to get your alcohol needs. read more

I have visited this Liquor Mart location once, and I thought it was fine. We stopped in here for a few specific items and we found them without issue. The location, store, and service were all fine. We didn't have any issues with our shopping experience or purchases. read more

Prices seemed to be decent. The hooded guy that the other person talked about seemed to be cool. I would go back there f I lived near.

I great selection, nice people and great, great customer service. They went out of their way to replace a bottle that tore the shooing bag and broke. I saw it as my fault but they brought it to my car as we were backing out. It was very nice thing to do for a customer. read more

I have been going here the whole time I've lived in Gtown. And the new clown you have working the drive thru at time is a joke. First, the whole time he's working he's got his hood on, as of that would ever be acceptable at any job. Second. I've always asked for my bottle as such "Evan Williams black label, not the biggest one, but the one right down from it" and it's been no issue. All the wonderful dudes working there were able to grab it and sell it to me with no issue. This new idiot tells me if I can't tell him the name of the size, I'd have to come in. I asked him to please just try to find the second largest bottle and he refused. I asked if someone else could help me then and he refused to ask for another employee to assist me. I asked again if he could just try. I could literally see the right bottle thru the window. Then he had the audacity to threaten to refuse to sell my anything. "You know, I could just refuse to sell it to you." For what?! Because I questioned his lack of service and asked why he wouldn't just try to get the right bottle. If you're not willing to do your job, you may want to stick to stocking shelves and let those with customer service skills stay at the window. I didn't raise my voice, I didn't use a single curse word. I literally just begged the dude to do his job. read more

It's a convenient location and that's about it. They will gouge you on the prices. There's a price listed on the shelf and there's the price when they ring you up. Mine was about a $10 difference. I didn't argue with it, but I don't plan on going back. read more

I am shocked by the rudeness and arrogance of the owner. I witnessed a young woman making a purchase this weekend, when the total was given to her she politely questioned why it was higher than the advertised price. The owner, very large man, Greg I believe, instantly got loud and became belligerent with this young woman- shouting at her that he was the owner and he knows very well the price of every item in his store. She clearly was uncomfortable and paid the bill, then proceeded to get the sign with the advertised sale price showing SHE was right. This angered the owner even more, he became red faced and yelled at a clerk to go ahead and get her a refund for the difference he was done with her !! Wow !! I guess he hadn't gotten the memo that good customer service is vital to a successful business ! Another customer then asked to purchase a bottle of alcohol behind the counter - the clerk advised they only had two bottles. The customer stated that they only needed one, the clerk then says I can't sell them, one is for me and one is for the owner !! Again WOW! I sat my items down in the aisle and left. I'll NEVER be back, and advise others to shop elsewhere as well. I'll shop where customers are valued and treated with respect ! Bullying doesn't set well with most people anymore- especially when it's a grown old man trying to intimidate a young woman. read more
