They will get you stealing, and post your photo (selfie) on the door (HA! HA!). I rate 4 stars because they do close early occasionally. The google/maps hours state until 9pm (Monday-Saturday). However door hours are listed Monday-Thursday 9pm, Friday and Saturday till 12pm. Also it's extremely clean! Late hours issue (sorry I didnt take a picture) Another driver and I were into the parking lot by 11:30, 3/8. Doors locked, open sign off, drive through blacked out. I assume no business for a few hours was an anomaly and save on overhead pay, let the workers go home! I'd definitely recommend stopping in for yourself for more personalized conversation, supporting a smaller store. This is a small little shop with very little room for moving around. It is always clean and uncluttered. When I got home told a friend who let me know that I had way over-paid for it. Checked Total Wine, $56.99 before tax. I realize that Georgetown has a high tax rate on liquor but this is, IMO, an excessive markup. Kroger is consistently 20% less expensive, even with the Georgetown tax rate. Unfortunately, Manchester Liquor did not carry my drink of choice. They asked if I would leave my number. Two days later, I received a text, including a message and photo. Manchester Liquor now stock my drink. It suddenly occured to me, the larger liquor stores, don't give that quality of customer service. I will be returning. The atmosphere and layout are pretty awesome.
