The building has been repainted to look like a lowball glass filled with margarita. Yes, it's the coolest thing ever. I did want to enter but there was a no guns sign and I'm not having that. So I took my pictures and departed. The building is not a great neighborhood with entirely too many pedestrians around for me to feel comfortable. But a quick look and a picture? Yep, I'll do that. I realize that Georgetown has a high tax rate on liquor but this is, IMO, an excessive markup. Kroger is consistently 20% less expensive, even with the Georgetown tax rate. On another note, all employees have been great each time I've been in.

We met the owner who is pretty damn cool, retired school teacher who opened a winery. We each tried 5 tastings, each one had a story, a pairing to try and in most cases how to turn it into a sangria. The cheese spreads were incredible and so was the jelly made from the wine. The barn was decorated nicely and seemed to have comfortable couches. We ended up purchasing 3 bottles of wine, feta dill cheese spread (2) and a strawberry wine jelly. The winery was unique and definitely worth a stop.
