There is a reason the other reviews echo the exact same sentiment. Lauren is rude and condescending and honestly, she has no clue what she is talking about half the time. They treat patients like transactions. That's it that's all. Last year, I ended up pregnant and miscarried but the way this practice treated me/the pregnancy/my other providers was honestly disgusting. Even then, I was receiving conflicting calls from different staff members having to repeat myself over and over again. There are several other pain management clinics to choose from. They lie about contacting you and when you show them they DIDN'T call you, they decide it's best you find care elsewhere. I bet. This is exactly what happened. I spoke with them on Tuesday the 3rd to schedule a follow up in March and by Wednesday the 4th they were saying I needed to be seen before my medicine could be refilled even though it was already due for fill and I was just seen last month claiming they called and left me message after message. Like I said, they seem desperate for money. As a manager myself, I see what is happening. Their employees are making activity notes as if they are doing their jobs but in fact, aren't. They don't like this being brought to light. Instead of taking accountability, they will make up more lies like "oh that's because so and so wasn't privy to that". However, if talking about an activity note that pops up on my account, ALL employees would be able to see this prior to scheduling an appt. Not to mention, THEY called me to schedule the March appointment. Not the other way around. They lie when it's convenient for them and fits their narrative. It's ironic that Dr. Singa would even have anything to say being that I haven't seen him personally since 2023. I was always pushed to his PA's. His prior PA Martin was very honest about how disorganized and chaotic this practice was/is which is why he left. His new PA Grace is lovely and I hope she makes it out of there asap.

Patients were never notified beforehand -- no call, message, letter, or any other communication. Finding out at an appointment that your physician had already left weeks earlier is unprofessional and unacceptable for continuity of care. The core issue is a lack of integrity in how this transition was handled toward patients in a pain clinic setting, where individuals are already dealing with significant ongoing suffering and dependence on consistent care. Abruptly leaving without proper notice shows a concerning lack of consideration and accountability toward those relying on treatment. If there was a reasonable explanation for the abrupt departure, it was never communicated to patients. Even in difficult or unfavorable situations, patients deserve a basic level of transparency and a diplomatically delivered explanation, particularly when ongoing care is involved. Even Ying appeared uncomfortable being left to explain the situation to surprised patients arriving expecting to see their physician. To be clear, the issue is not that a doctor changes practices or opens a new clinic -- that is understandable. The issue is how it was handled. Patients deserved honesty, transparency, professionalism, and integrity throughout that transition. UPDATE to previous review: Dr. Kim's response does not address the central concern raised in the original review -- the lack of communication and failure to notify established patients prior to his departure from the practice. It does not acknowledge the impact on patients who arrived for scheduled care and were only then informed he was no longer with the clinic. The response also does not include any apology to patients affected by the lack of notice and disruption in continuity of care. The use of the word "unfortunately" comes across as dismissive in context and does not address the underlying concerns regarding patient communication or continuity of care. Additionally, it references a "2024/2025" departure timeline, which is inconsistent with what patients were told by the practice (May 24, 2024) and does not align with what we experienced firsthand on June 4, when patients arrived for appointments and found he was already no longer there. He is very good at explaining things to people who don't know much about medicine. I have recommended him and give his number out to so many people in real life that's how much I trust him. He has never once made me feel like my pain isn't real which is HUGE as a fibromyalgia patient. He does pain management for me and it has given me a way better life. He does trigger point injections, epidurals, medications management, etc for me and I have never had a better experience with a doctor. The office is nice and clean. The waiting room chairs are comfortable. Everyone who works there rocks so hard. Allison and Christian are both so nice and make an appointment that's all about pain actually fun and pleasant.

They collect your payment upfront so that once you see the doctor you are free to go. Dr. Gage always comes in like he has all the time in the world. He reviews your cardiac system and open to the discussion for any potential issues that may be occurring. He does a comprehensive review of all medications and answers any questions. As busy as they are you wouldn't think that the atmosphere would be so relaxed, but it is! This time there was a discussion that ensued related to the cardiac stress test that Tom is due for per the American heart Association guidelines. When Dr. Gage found out that times negativity was related to the physical portion of the stress test he advised there is also a chemical stress test that can be taken. I was glad that he brought This option up as I think Tom will be able to see his way clear to having that. The med techs there are also spot on. The hubby has to get an EKG every six months that correlates with his follow up and the med techs there are very able and proficient. Probably sounds kind of funny to take a treat to the cardiology office but Tom has always drop Dan with round rock donuts for them and I suspect he will do that again this holiday season since I am not planning on baking this year. That's it for now. We highly recommend this cardiologist group and Dr. Gage in particular
