A first, was a bit p.o.-ed about some of the shiplap being damaged upon delivery, but McCoy's made it right by replacing the damaged boards. Then, the plywood was not the right lumber we needed, so we had to return it. We asked for it to be picked up (since we have no truck currently), and they did while giving us a refund. Thank you for making it right with us common folks, McCoy's! Would definitely do business with you again!

We scheduled for Saturday, and he never showed up. When I followed up, he said he would come Sunday instead. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and made time again. Sunday came and went with zero communication. I texted asking for an ETA--no response. I called hours later--no answer. I followed up again that evening--still nothing. Being completely ignored after making plans twice is extremely frustrating, especially in the middle of a construction project where timing matters. A simple message would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I can't recommend them!!! Peace out!!

We got the new cooktop, but it wouldn't fit. The original granite people did a poor job of cutting the opening. The great folks at Italian Granite had their guys come out and, in less than an hour, had the opening sized right and squared up perfectly. I had originally contacted them on Friday afternoon, and the job was done by 2:00 pm on Monday. Can't get much better than that

The worst experience we have ever had! 1st off (this should have been our 1st indication of disappointment), we called to set an appointment and was told they will call us back later in the week. No phone call back after several weeks. We called back again, was told they would schedule something the following week. 2 weeks later, they set up a time/date. We called Italian Granite to set a stainless steel sink we already had but had fallen from the existing granite countertop, so they only had to reset the sink. After they reset it, the left side sink was not aligned properly causing a sort of lip on the edge of the sink so water could leak from that area. We called them back later that same day and the women at the office was so rude and immediately claimed it wasn't their fault. We asked if they could just come out to look at it (knowing if they saw the sink was not aligned, they would know their error) and she finally agreed someone would come back out later in the week. Several weeks later with no call from them or them coming out, we called them back. They finally agreed to come out the same day of the call. The owner of the company happen to come (wish we would have read the other reviews on here about him), once he saw it he called us (this is a rental home) and he cussed us out left and right!! Saying it wasn't his fault, he called us MF'ers, said our house was $hitty and said it was our sink, that it was old and falling apart even though it's a stainless steel sink! We tried to ask for his name but instead he said F*ck You! This company is ridiculous, PLEASE do not use this company! The disrespect from this company owner and his employees is unbelievable!!
