BTS has almost always let me come in the same day and always fixed the punctures promptly. Once, they accidentally scratched one of my rims while doing the work, and because it was raining that day, I didn't notice it until a few days later. However, when I stopped by to ask them to repair/replace it, they took a look and immediately offered to replace the (rather expensive) rim with no pushback whatsoever. 5 stars for a shop that stands behind their work!

We called and were told that we would have to come over with the credit card and receipt. So far - not unreasonable. We went to the station where they had to call the owner to come in. When he arrived, the owner was unpleasant, nasty and dismissive. This was a pretty significant inconvenience caused by their careless employee. They could not simply void the charge, but they did give us a check - and major attitude. He actually said "now this is costing ME money -- $40 to write this check". Seriously?? You fouled up, costing us time and money and this is your response?? Terrible - we will never go back.
