My son's BLT was good, but how can you screw up a BLT? My wife's steak was done right, but it seemed a little tough on the outside and didn't look grilled at all. My scallops still had the muscle on them which made them a little tough, and the sauce was salty. My loaded baked potato had very little cheese and slices of bacon, not chipped. However, it wasn't a bad experience, but I probably won't go back. I have no pictures, but the presentation was decent. It was not worth the price that I paid. Too overpriced, for the taste.

We've come to this restaurant several times before and the food has always been great. However,…read moretoday I ordered a sandwich and it came with wilted lettuce, and fries that were grease soaked and limp. My companions fries were no better. It appears as if the oil wasn't hot enough. When I made mention of this to the server, she had the cook come out and explain to me that that was the best lettuce he had and that the fries were just an addition to the sandwich. So I should disregard part of my meal? That means I paid $14 for a wilted sandwich that sat on the pass too long. We've always enjoyed going to Charlie's up until now, but the poorly handled food and the way our concerns were handled have turned us off. I encourage the owner to read this and take advantage of what I'm saying. This comes from someone who's been in wait service and a companion who is a cook.

Loaded potato skins were burned, felt like they were previously cooked and reheated multiple times. They had grayish to yellow color on the inside. The waitress was awesome and friendly.
