I ordered a contemporary rectangular planter with 5 different multicolored plants and they provided a tacky white basked with 3 cheap plants in a single color palette with a plastic stick that it's hard to read "Happy Mothers Day". Called to express my disappointment and the owner claims she did what she could with $65 and that she made the arrangement as close as possible to the original. This is a total lie because if you look at the pictures she clearly decided to make a quick buck by accepting to fulfill an order using drastically subpar materials and a left over Easter basket. A total disgrace. And she had the gall to be upset when my sister went to get a replacement arrangement. Unethical florist, stay away.

Wood looks nice and dry. I also get my Christmas Trees here every year. They are sturdy smell good and last a while!! Side note today 12/4/18 I went to get my yearly tree and the place has changed hands..the former owners would help with the tree, cut the bottom, and wrap it and help place the tree on your vehicle if needed. This time they didn't do any of that. They have only been the new owners for a week or 2 so I'm sure they have to figure things out but I can already see the difference from going here for a few years now. I'm not sure what I'll be doing next year.

When I went to grave to visit on Saturday Dec. 12th . I discovered to my dismay that the Wreath that I paid $55 for had dried out. I took the wreath back to Steve's and spoke to the person in charge regarding the dried out wreath. His response was it was dried out by the sun and walked away. I asked him if they were going to do anything about the wreath he said NO and to get out of the store otherwise he would call the police. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered.
