A Bar H Farm is a small local farm that raises 100% grass-fed beef and lamb. They're dedicated to raising the animals humanely and use no antibiotics, hormones, chemicals or grains to feed them. The farm is located in SE AZ but they deliver their frozen meats once a month to locations all around the valley, all the way from the west side to Apache Junction (they also deliver to Tucson). They drop off at the same time and locations every time. All you have to do is be there when they're dropping off, pay them with cash or check, and you get the most amazing meat you've ever tasted. Their prices are quite reasonable for the quality you get. In many cases it's cheaper or right on par with organic meat from the grocery store. The quality is obviously amazing! Their eggs have a lovely orange yolk, ya know...like they're supposed to when they're farm fresh. They're seriously the best eggs I've ever tasted, it's like heaven in the mouth because of their richness. I've tried everything: ground beef and lamb, various steaks, and the eggs. I've yet to order one of their whole chickens but I've heard they're good. I've recommended this place to just about everyone I know, and I can't tell you how pleased I am with the quality. You can taste and feel the difference. It's amazing how much different the body feels after eating grass-fed meat, even compared to organic. I love it and will be ordering from them for a very long time to come. **Just an FYI, the price on the order form is per pound**

This visit, we came for lunch with family and ordered the lobster roll, steak sandwich, and pork torta. The lobster roll was incredibly buttery and delicious, the steak sandwich was outstanding, and the pork torta was perfectly juicy with a crispy finish. While the prices are on the higher side, the quality of the food and overall experience make it absolutely worth it. We'll definitely be back.

There is now a sidewalk sandwich board which is helpful. This establishment cannot decide if it wants to be a butcher shop or a fine dining restaurant. It does both...to mixed results. It's the classiest butcher shop I have ever been in, and the most schizo restaurant, bar none. I would not bring a date here. 3 stars. Service-I walked in yesterday to look at a menu for lunch. Was not greeted after standing around for almost 10 minutes. I left without food. 1 star Food-Have gotten sausage, steak and lamb here in the past. Their cold case stands out. Good selection. The merguez, breakfast and brats that i had purchased all had good flavor and mouthfeel, but were unfortunately, extremely salty. Forbes is very expensive as well, compared to other butcher shops around Tucson, beef jerky is 40/lb. 2 stars
