I even told them I'd get back in touch if needed, since other drivers and mechanics also check around for the best prices. Unfortunately, things took a bad turn. Homer called and basically said he didn't want to do business with us, closing the conversation with profanity in Spanish. That was unprofessional and disappointing. I truly wish them success, but their customer service needs a serious change. I'm a reasonable, good hearted person business is business, not personal insults. If Homer were to simply call and say, "My bad," I'd gladly let it go. But as it stands, I may need to take my business elsewhere.

I look over and see Sanchez Tire Shop was open (Christmas Eve) and limp over there. Tony Sanchez greeted me and said I would have to take it to Ford to get it fixed. That wasn't the best part. He offered to drive me to get a rental car and arranged for my truck to be towed.
