I dropped off my taxes to be done and was waiting for a phone call. I called to check the status of my return and I got sarcasm and attitude. I called back and I was told if I didnt like what she was saying I could come pick up my stuff and hung up on me again. I did nothing to provoke this and did not deserve to be treated like this. I then called and asked if Jacqui Wagner could please call me and she never responded. She obviously doesn't care the way her employees treat their clients!
