The results greatly concerned me and I surely felt that I needed to speak with the doctor. I called his office and was told that he left for the day, but that he would call me the next day. After waiting until the afternoon for his call, I contacted his office. I was told that he left for the day (without calling me with the results) and would not return until 5 days later and thus would not return my call until then. As I explained that was unacceptable, the representative hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to the office manager. I was put on hold for 10 minutes. An office manager finally picked up and told me that she would have another doctor call me that day. NO ONE CALLED ME! This is heartless and cruel. Truly unacceptable!
