Lovely park. Very large, spacious, no worries about social distancing. To get here, one drives through a neighborhood that's been described as a "bit shady," but on this Sunday afternoon, all was quiet. There were not that many people this day, as no ball games or soccer games were going on. There are multiple playing fields, a snack bar that was not open, restrooms. The playground is small, but at least there's a playground. Ample parking is scattered throughout the park. I didn't note very many BBQs or picnic tables, so you may want to bring your own. The walking paths are paved, in good condition. I didn't see any cracks or unevenness or breaks, so great for strollers, wheelchairs. Many different people were walking today -- young, old, Hispanic, White, Black , children. I love this park for all. Note: although this abuts the river, one cannot access the river from the park. It's fenced off. read more
