Cameron at Bob's worked with me to evaluate and appraise the coins. He was very nice, took time to explain the coins and values that he assigned to them, which I appreciated very much. At the end I came away with a nice check. And those two odd coins? GOLD! I had no clue. I like doing business with honest people!!! I don't have any more coins, but they have a great selection of jewelry, so I'll be going back!

Unfortunately, the woman who assisted me was short, dismissive, and seemed completely uninterested in helping me. She rushed through the interaction, didn't properly answer my questions, and made me feel like she just wanted me to leave. She also told me they don't pay spot price for .925 sterling silver, even though I have sold silver there several times before and was paid based on the spot price. When I tried to question the inconsistency, I still didn't receive a clear explanation. I have been a returning customer, which made today's treatment especially disappointing. I left feeling unwelcome and will not be returning.

From multiple in-person meetings to countless text messages, Darrell was incredibly patient, attentive, and committed to getting every detail just right. I can't recommend Darrell and the entire team enough. If you're looking for someone who will listen, care about your vision, and create a truly one-of-a-kind piece, this is the place. Such a weird experience. Walking in, the 2 people working were very rude, one worded & gave off…read moresuch an entitled vibe. Had we not initially called & asked about the coins we wanted that they have, we would've walked out right then & there but this business was the closest to us. He came over (didn't show us the coins) with a calculator with the total price & stood there with his hands in his pockets staring. Brushing ALL of this off, we were still going to purchase, pulled out my Wells Fargo card & very rudely said we don't take anything but cash. My husband, who was annoyed over the whole experience says POLITELY, it's 2025, who doesn't take card. This old slinky alien from men in black looking man proceeded to say "people who wanna buy gold" LOL. My 2 engagement rings that I was wearing, cost 5x than what he was selling us. Maybe, just maybe, if you stop acting like an entitled pos, you wouldn't age so fast, attract better customers & wouldn't be working out of a HOUSE converted to a "business". This is without mentioning miss piggy with glasses he calls his secretary lmao. Go spend your money elsewhere, I promise you won't regret it. You'll have a better experience & vibe along with people who respect your business with them.
