Rather than buying from Amazon I decided to buy local as I try to do frequently. This little shop is crammed full of stuff. The selection of vehicles is great and a pile of parts. I should have been suspicious when I was told that they had to bill my credit card immediately..I was assured that I would receive my order by July 2020. Fast forward to date, I have NOT received my order and after a number of calls (7) to Richard, I have not received my refund! FYI...although I contacted my credit card company, I was informed that they could refund my purchase because to much time lapsed..my bad. I have also contacted the Better Business Bureau of Orlando and registered a complaint... to date ALL ABOUT TOY TRAINS has not responded to aforementioned complaint Richard Conte

Credit card was charged for the purchase but after a few weeks there was still no package. Called the store and had a very rushed conversation with the owner who seemed to be bothered since I called him while he was at a train show. Told me he would get to it on Monday. Several more weeks passed and I called again. Less than pleasant owner again- trying to get off the phone as quickly as possible- Reported he could not get the item "Nobody has it" (why would you post it for sale if you never had it in the first place?). No explanation as to why he hadn't called, emailed, canceled the order. Assured me he would refund the purchase. Here we are in April- no refund. Terrible customer service all around. Would not buy from here again.

This red beauty is a beginner's RC helicopter. I call her Red Fandango :) You walk in and you can't get your eyes off the remote control model planes that are hanging from the ceiling. I was really taken back by the amount of model aircrafts Bob carries. From state of the art jets to war plane replicas, they have hobbies to meet every budget. My heli was about $49 and my boyfriend purchased a higher-end for about $129. A week later, we're still flying our toys just about every day for kicks. The best experience was their customer service. David and the rest of the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. You can tell this is their hobby as well since they take time to answer every question and provide a wealth of information. I had zero knowledge and didn't want to spend too much and David pointed out the perfect beginner's heli. When it's time to upgrade, I will definitely give them my business again.

I have been going to HoH since my Grandma used to take me to their original Clearwater location on South Ft. Harrison, when I was a little kid. I miss that place so bad. It was great fun to see the owner have to use a step-stool to climb over that cluttered counter to get to his seat behind the cash register! A family business, still going strong for decades, that guy with the white crew cut is "Bob," the owner... ...and Bob has more information about ANY retro hobby than you can imagine! His selection of old and new plastic model kits is the stuff of legend. I have brought out-of-town friends here just to browse for kicks, and they always leave finding something of pure wonder! While not my passion, Bob is also the guy to go to if you are into ANY radio-controlled sort of hobbies whatsoever! Car, plane, boat, etc... He is an RC expert! HoH's inventory is vast and impressive. But if you can't find it here, just ask Bob and he will gladly order it for you! I wish more parents would encourage their kids to put down the video game controllers, and build a plastic model kit. An afternoon of glue and paint can be FAR more rewarding than just silly and hollow, temporary pixels on a screen. How much more rewarding? Actually, I now run a small side-business, making and selling my own sort of "model kit" related art objects. While he may never know his impact, Bob the owner here, is one of my main influences that introduced me to the joy of building and painting objects with my own two hands! So please give HoH a visit! In our modern "video game" era, this sort of place has become almost extinct, and that is a real shame indeed...
