When the new company came, they noted that our electric box that was in the tank for the wiring of our pump and alarm system had not had a waterproof box and the box itself was completely full of water. The pump and Alarm were also put on the same circuit which caused an issue. The pump tripped at some point and due to the alarm being on the same circuit the alarm also tripped so we had no idea our tank was full when the company came. The pump and alarm should have been on a separate circuit so that this issue did not occur. I called rotterdqm septic first thing when I was told this information to see if they could help, they did not return my call until 7pm. Due to needing To make a decision we had the other company fix the issue that had occurred. rotterdam septic said they would have helped if I had let them come but due to the company not answering the phone or calling back in timely fashion we had to pay thousands of dollars to get this fixed. The paving has 1 depression where water pools. Paving was not compacted on 10' of one edge. Grass & weeds are growing through the paving after 6 months. I had to sue Clark Myers to force them to finish the job. At this point, they did everything up to the actual paving. As soon as they received the paperwork from the Scotia Town Court, their lawyer contacted me. If I withdraw the lawsuit, Clark Myer will finish the job.
