As this was my first home purchase, I needed some help walking through the process and he empowered me with all the information I needed to be able to look at homes I could realistically afford, and when we made an offer with a VERY tight timeline for closing, he was tireless in gathering all of our materials, staying in touch, and preparing our loan with lightening speed. I have heard so many horror stories from friends who felt swindled after working with a lender, and I am pleased to report that this is NOT the case with Mr. Morley. On top of how efficient he was, we priced out his competitors and he also gave us the best rate. I would highly recommend contacting him!

I did get receive a phone call from Skip, mortgage broker & owner of Revolutionary, the next day. He was pleasant to talk to on the phone and during our conversation I indicated we were just beginning the home buying process but not sure if we would qualify as my credit score was already on the bubble for being Fair/Good and I really can't afford my score being adversely affected even a few points with an unnecessary check. I also let him know I don't work; however, but my husband has a good income yet awful credit. So I stated I was very uneasy about having our credit ran unless he really thought he could help us. I even verbally provided my credit score to him which I knew was within 8-10 points. He insisted he would need to run it to get the full picture. He stated that there are so many mortgage programs out there and felt certain he could find one work for us. Ultimately, I did give permission for him to do so BUT I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM HIM AGAIN despite me leaving multiple voice mail messages and even spoke with him twice as he stated he was on his way out the door and promised to call me that evening. Alas, never heard from this guy again. I'm assuming he couldn't make any money off of us & we just were not worth a 5 minute phone call. All I expected was some mere courtesy by letting me know! He even promised to provide me with a physical copy of my credit score which he is actually mandated by law to do so. Never got it. Beyond unprofessional & rude! Luckily I found a reputable & knowledgable broker who found us a loan. This is my first public negative review of any company because my husband owns a small local business and we know how detrimental they can be to the success of a business. It's unfortunate but this guy deserves it! If you are shopping for a lender, take my advice and get personal recommendations from family, friends, and/or co-workers. DO NOT RANDOMLY PICK SOMEONE OFF THE WEB LIKE I DID.

We have been working with Cathy for a very unique loan situation and she has been unbelievable! Not only did she put together our prequal information for our offer the night she got back from a long road trip (on 4 hours notice!), she worked tirelessly to get our loan through underwriting. Unfortunately the loan could not go through because FHA did not like that it was once considered a mobile home. Cathy exhausted all her options on this loan talking with our contractor, her underwriters, examining pictures, talking to Realtors etc. The way we were treated we thought we were dealing with a close family friend who did this for fun not a branch manager with a ton of work on her plate. If you are reading this please go through Cathy you will not be disappointed with the level of service. She really is great. Thanks again Cathy Ryan
