After dealing with these jokers for 13 years I finally had enough a few weeks ago. I have had…read morenothing but bad experiences with this Dr. office. To list a few..While in labor the SIU Dr. came in and told me to be a grown up about the pain. After three of their doctors were not able to deliver my daughter a Dr. from a different hospital had to come and save the day and the life of my baby. That morning I had an appointment with them and they failed to check me and missed obvious signs of being in labor. Another time my daughter fell out of bed and landed on a wooden book holder. It made a cut on her neck and SIU treated me as though I did something to her. I ended up bringing in the wooden book holder just to prove my point. I went in for chest issues and they misdiagnosed me with anxiety smh. Three weeks ago I make an appointment and tell them I believe I have a blockage in my intestines. They ignored my suggestion and sent me home with a misdiagnosis of acid reflux. Two days later I was rushed in for emergency surgery for a blockage in my intestines. Never ever again will I go to SIU!!!!

I happened to get a referral from DMH ER for Dr Tuan (I was still having very severe pain in my…read moreknee after being told from my previous Dr. I was healed and that previous Dr refused an MRI) The ER staff also recommended an MRI I am a workmans comp case and I'm aware they can be difficult and frustrating for Dr's and office staff to deal with. Dr Tuan and his staff have been patient and phenomenal in my process. It's the best referral from the hospital I could have been given. Dr Tuan really listened to my needs, issues and concerns. Recommended an MRI, thank god he did because I wasn't healed as previously told by another, was actually in pain for months, working for hours full time on my feet barely able to walk. I was able to get my MRI, have surgery and the next day after healing was night and day for my swelling leg. The swelling that I had for over 6 months in my knee was gone! I can't thank Dr Tuan enough for helping me I'm still in the healing/recovery process but I'm already happy with my results. Every office visit I've had the wait is decent. After my three visits concluded I got a bill for $436. I called in and the same girl at the front desk once again looked at my chart, said she remembered me, and that yes it was only $50 each visit so I should contact my insurance. I did, they said she misunderstood. I am now on the hook to pay the additional $436, which ends up being more than cash pay. No help was given other than a "payment plan". It feels like fraud to me.

It was around 2:30 p.m. and an average amount of patients. were waiting to see their doctors. It seemed they flowed in and out easily and my wait wasn't long. The tech named Jennifer who did my eye exams was personable and really nice. She was easy to talk to and fun to be with. I had to wait in the waiting room while my eyes dilated for about 20 minutes, but it was well worth the wait to keep healthy eyes. Dr. Joseph Harman was very well groomed and professional. I was relieved to know I didn't have a serious problem and hope to return next year for a recheck. Thank you Dr. Harman and your wonderful staff.. My only suggestion is bring someone to drive you home if your eyes are dilated. I didn't need sunglasses as it was raining today, but if it's sunny out take them.
