Most day of coordinators will talk to you a few times and really only take over handling vendors maybe 2 weeks out. Jessica consistently talked with me (she even would request meets rather than me asking for them--wonderfully unexpected) and helped me plan out different things regarding our wedding. Jessica also asked great questions to help me realize things I had not thought about! She also did exactly what I wanted... not to have to think about anything on my wedding day AND not have to worry about asking family or friends to do something in fear that they wouldn't do it. She did everything right. I even was going to pay our florist to move some flowers ($50) and Jessica said she would do it. So not only did she move flowers, wine barrels, etc. for us day of to help keep our costs lower by not paying other vendors or not renting more items but she also kept me sane day of and helped with the planning. Jessica + Circle Oak Ranch... we had our wedding at Circle Oak Ranch and hired Jessica as our day of coordinator. Jessica knows Circle Oak Ranch inside and out! It made it WONDERFUL.
