Sherri assigned an excellent primary agent to us who was patient, thorough and reliable, while she and her team provided additional expertise where needed. As a combined team, they were always available. With her extensive experience, Sherri was able to provide more background to some of the pros and cons we found in properties we were considering, and was crucial in pointing out the irregularities in a TIC agreement we were considering. After our positive experience as buyers, we retained Team Howe as seller's agent for our previous place. Even before we had moved out of our previous place, Sherri and her team got to work and got all the contractors in back-to-back on one day for quotes.
