Genesis Pro Painting sets a standard that I honestly think every business should strive for. From…read morestart to finish, our experience was exceptional. Of course, their craftsmanship and attention to detail are outstanding, but what really sets this company apart is the professionalism, organization, and care they put into everything they do. Genesis personally came to our new home to assess our interior painting project, which included the foyer, hallway, living room, dining room, and kitchen. From that first meeting, I could tell we were dealing with a company that genuinely takes pride in both its work and how it treats its customers. What impressed me most was that the experience was already fantastic before a single drop of paint touched our walls. Vanessa, our project coordinator, was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was incredibly organized, communicative, and always on top of everything. They even started a group text to introduce us to Rodrigo, our project consultant, and Sy, the designer and color specialist. It might seem like a small thing, but to me, it really showed how well this company operates. Everyone was connected, everyone knew what was going on, and you truly felt like you had an entire team working together on your home. I also have to give special recognition to Sy, who just radiates positivity and knows her stuff! She was wonderful in helping us choose the right paint colors to complement our home and the look we were going for. And then there's Fabio, the incredibly talented painter who brought it all together. His attention to detail, precision, and craftsmanship were outstanding. The finished results were absolutely beautiful and exceeded our expectations. You can really tell when someone takes pride in their work, and Fabio certainly does. Throughout the entire project, communication was consistent, everything was well coordinated, and most importantly, our new home was treated with care and respect. As impressed as we were with the finished results, I was equally impressed by how this company operates and the people behind it. There are plenty of companies that can paint a house, but finding one that delivers this level of service from the first conversation to the final brushstroke is something special. Genesis Pro Painting has truly figured out how to do both. If you're looking for painters, stop your search. You've found them. I can't recommend Genesis and his entire team highly enough!

The work was done in Summer 2017, it took twice as long then they promised, some days they never showed up and never called. There was also a lot of rain that summer so I give them that, but there were also many beautiful days that nobody showed up. The work was okay, fast forward to now, and our gutters are FILLED with water and debris. We had a few people come out and assess, to learn that when Kevin Robert's painters and staff reinstalled the gutters after painting, they didn't attach them correctly, they are ascending rather then descending, and now we have rotted siding and must pay over $1500 to get the gutters removed and re-positioned. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

From their initial visit, to providing a competitive estimate to providing a very detailed and complete contract to their 8 year warranty on the floor - they were great. That including repairing cracks in the floor, grinding and smoothing the floor, and applying a base coat, flakes and clear top coat. They also moved a number of large plastic cabinets (that I had emptied) from my garage into my neighbors garage.
