The WORST dentist I have ever been to. This girl named Anna tried using my own words and switching them to fit her narrative of why she gave me the worst cleaning of my life. Every single cleaning I have ever got in my life the dental hygienist has flossed my teeth, she barely stuck floss between some of my teeth not doing all of them or even pushing it down?? like I genuinely don't know what she did and she didn't move the floss once, used the same part of the floss for each tooth. Again every dentist before has explained to move the floss as they go so they aren't carrying the plaque from each tooth to the next. I am not sure why flossing my teeth was such a difficult task for her to do. And then I did not see my x-rays at all and again at every single cleaning I have ever had they show me my x-rays and go over them which did not happen at either appointment. So going from getting great cleanings to whatever i got done at your office no, I am not satisfied. (1) the flossing did not happen, again still not sure why (2) still not sure why my own x-rays weren't shown to me and everything explained how it usually goes during a cleaning. I also called and asked for a deep cleaning and was told I can buy an in house dental plan that includes the 2 cleanings, but that is false, it's only regular cleanings you get. I am very upset about my experience at this office and that I paid so much for a half job cleaning. I never want to return to your office ever again and want to be reimbursed for the second cleaning that I will not schedule in the future and for not getting all of the necessary cleaning checklist done. George is an amazing dentist. He did my implant about 3 years ago and it still looks amazing. I have had no issues with it since. He matched my porcelain tooth perfectly, got it done quick, and gave me the most amazing smile. I will always cherish George and his amazing crew for helping me with my implant procedure. read more

I've been coming to Dr Christakos for many years now. I also recommended this dental office to my parents. Dr Christakos is always professional and in a happy mood. He makes going to the dentist relaxing and eases tension of going to the dentist. The dental hygienists are all wonderful. I've been seeing Annie for many years and she always makes me feel more like a friend than a patient. She is always friendly and professional. The two ladies that run the office are always quick to get me checked in. The one thing I have noticed about this dental office is sometimes I wait a little long to be seen after being checked in. I understand emergencies happen, so I try to be understanding. read more

Each time that I have had an appointment the entire staff goes all out to make feel like person rather than just another client. They ensure that I have an appointment in advance also if a situation should arise at the last minute there's no problem in rescheduling. Even though I made it through 29-years of my life without a cavity, only to discover I had 4 at my first visit with Dr. Christakos, I still give this practice 5 stars. I was pretty nervous when I had my filings done, since I'd never had a cavity before, but Dr. Christakos was super patient and walked me through every single step of the process. I've now been for four visits, 2 cleaning and 2 filling appointments, and both Dr. Christakos and my hygienist have been great. Insurance has been a breeze, and I haven't ever been charged more than I should have. Best part- I've never had to wait more than a few minutes to be taken back. The exam rooms are also comfy and have TVs to keep you entertained during your cleaning. Highly recommend! read more

His treatment plans are logical and he is not looking to over treat you or sell you anything (which seems to be more common these days). Hands down one of the very best in the industry. I can tell you personally I am deathly afraid of going to the dentist. I also have dealt with dentists in the past that treat you as they are selling you a car. Dr. Christakos and his entire staff make you feel as though you are one of their only patients. They are genuinely caring, compassionate and considerate. I don't ever feel as though I'm going to be pressured into the newest gimmick. I have been going to this practice for years, as have my kids. They are great! I had a crown fall off and he offered to glue it, despite advising me it could fall out again (he didn't do the original work). What dentist does that? Most try and get you to do the most expensive work. I've had fillings and crowns here and all have been excellent work and fairly priced! read more

The staff here is so nice! Dr. Christakos is very professional, honest, and I don't feel like he tries to upsell you with procedures like some dentists do every check up telling you that you need (insert several procedures here) The office is nice, clean and the exam rooms are very up to date with a flatscreen and comfy chair. This is the best dental practice! I have moved around the majority of my life but have been lucky enough to spend the past ten years living in the valley. I have been going to Dr. Christakos for several years and have always had a great experience but I was overly impressed this week when I called in about a toothache I was having. I talked to the receptionist on Thursday evening to see if I could get in for an emergency appointment that day or the next and she told me they were closing so I couldn't get an appointment until Monday. She did give me the phone number to another dentist they refer people to when they are closed. I did not even have a chance to call the other dentist before Dr. Christakos personally called me back to find out what was going on. After reviewing my history and my current symptoms he said I would probably need a root canal and referred me to a specialist that I was able to see first thing the next morning. I really appreciated the personal call back so I didn't have to waste my time going to a different dentist first that would have probably had to refer me to someone else and waste more time. read more
