This is not the dentist for you if you are a basic patient that doesn't have serious dental issues or need cosmetic surgery or appliances. They don't take care of you or treat you if you aren't making money . The only bright spot is the front desk and the hygienists who are excellent despite the dentists being inattentive and uncaring. I switched to this dentist (Dr Bri) several years ago after moving here and having a multi year relationship with my prior dentist. While Dr Bri was fine at the beginning, everything became progressively worse over time. This office is a money making machine that only cares about selling you cosmetic dentistry and services you don't need. They did this to me and my kids, each of us getting separately estimates for 20k of cosmetic work every time you go in for a tooth cleaning. Another friend left the practice after having the same experience. I stayed on bc I felt it was fine to say no to cosmetic work but ultimately was relegated to worse and worse service. Several times, and maybe all of the last four visits, I had to ASK to see the actual dentist. They tried to send me on my way after the hygienist cleaning. I was asked if I had a particular issue and said- no I just think the dentist should look at your teeth during a dental exam. Terrible customer service. Worse, last time I was there, they had someone who I don't think had ever seen a tooth doing flossing and other basic work (it wasn't the hygienist). She kept skipping teeth and had no clue what she was doing. It was almost like a joke. Then when I asked to see the dentist, I found out she wasn't even there that day. Why even schedule me for an appointment? It was ridiculous and the final straw. Side note: They also refused to send X-rays to my oral surgeon bc I wouldn't sign up with their surgeon who wasn't covered by my insurance. My surgeon had to take new X-rays. What a racket. Again The only reason for not giving one star are the front desk and hygienists who are excellent. I consider the dentist a long term and personal relationship. I went to this office for years and had absolutely no relationship with Dr Bri. The customer service is poor unless you need major work done. Find another office if you are just an ordinary person with good teeth that need to be cleaned.

Just now, two days later I went in for the second part of my dental work and she had me waiting 23 minutes before she addressed me about the doctors delay. When she finally did, I simply asked what's the estimate on how much longer it'll be? She hummed and hawd for about three minutes, "I don't know I'm I don't know it's a big project I don't know," before I finally asked her to just check with the assistant that would be easiest. Finally, she came back and it turns out I would at least be waiting a total of 40 minutes before they can see me and that was no guarantee. She offered me a reschedule "two weeks" later with mismatched teeth due to the whitening two days before. Explain to her that I really didn't wanna come back since I took time off from work to be here at this appointment and didn't want to have to again. But at the same time I couldn't wait I had other items I needed to do this afternoon. Then once I decided to depart, she didn't even apologize or show any compassion about what had happened! I can't believe I had two bad experiences, not one but two! I'm sure nothing will happen because she's married to the doctor. It's unfortunate that he has her dragging him down. His assistant Bri, thirty years Robin's junior, is even more competent. She's very sweet and very kind; like the doctor but Robin will make your visits a nightmare. Dr Willman is no longer with the practice. Huge, enormous, gigantic loss for Pima Dental. About four months ago, I returned because I needed to molars extracted. Let me note that after the extractions I had fully intended beginning work on all my lower teeth, fully expecting to make another substantial investment. This practice is not inexpensive... in my view it is extremely overpriced (especially after I share what happened below). I was prepared to pay another substantial amount to complete my treatment. I did miss one appointment due to a personal emergency. I attempted to call but was unable to get through, and at the time my focus understandably had to be on the emergency. At my next scheduled appointment, I drove over 45 minutes from north Phoenix. I arrived and had X-rays done, and then met with a dentist who informed me that two teeth would need to be extracted by an oral surgeon and that the procedure could not be done there. While the dentist was courteous, the appointment ultimately resulted in a two-hour round trip simply to be referred elsewhere. I wish this had been communicated to me beforehand. As I was leaving, I was stunned when I was told not to leave and was informed that I owed a $50 missed-appointment fee. Mandy, the office manager, whom I had worked with before made it be known that I needed to pay $50. What disappointed me most was not the amount itself, but the complete lack of empathy or discretion--especially toward a long-standing patient who had already invested heavily in the practice and was prepared to invest significantly more. I understand that offices have cancellation policies. However, patient relationships should involve more than strict enforcement of fees. In my experience, this practice places profits above patient goodwill and patient satisfaction. Between the high costs of treatment and the rigid handling of this situation, it left me feeling that policies mattered more than people. As a business owner myself, I believe long-term trust, empathy, and relationships are what sustain a practice--not nickel-and-diming loyal patients. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to seek care elsewhere for the remainder of my treatment, and I will not be recommending this office moving forward ever again! I hope this feedback is taken constructively. My initial experience here was excellent, attributed primarily to Dr Willman, which makes this outcome all the more disappointing.

The technology they have for checking and cleaning your teeth is as modern and high tech as it gets. Lastly, Dr Lachot is great.
