I sent the item back, they refused to receive it - I paid for that. When I complained, they gave me a label to return from DHL that no DHL store would accept. I then paid again for the return, got confirmation from the post office they delivered it 1 MONTH ago and they still have not refunded the price. Stay away it's a fraud business unless you can go there in person to make sure you get your money.

I ordered a pair of Nike trainers, which it turned out they had mistakenly said was in stock, when they weren't. They refunded the money very promptly, but due to the exchange rates, the sum refunded was £9 less than the trainers ordered, a loss of almost 10% on my purchase. Whilst I appreciate that the exchange rates are not within their control, their faulty stock ordering system is not within my control, and as the customer I do not feel that I should be the one that loses out as a result of their problems. Furthermore, their customer service rep was not particularly sympathetic or offered any other solution. Very disappointing.
