I've recently had a very bad customer service experience with Sneaker District, and would not…read morerecommend using them if you live in the UK.
I ordered a pair of Nike trainers, which it turned out they had mistakenly said was in stock, when they weren't. They refunded the money very promptly, but due to the exchange rates, the sum refunded was £9 less than the trainers ordered, a loss of almost 10% on my purchase.
Whilst I appreciate that the exchange rates are not within their control, their faulty stock ordering system is not within my control, and as the customer I do not feel that I should be the one that loses out as a result of their problems.
Furthermore, their customer service rep was not particularly sympathetic or offered any other solution.
Very disappointing.
