We notified them on 6/12/24, on 6/24 George himself came out to look at the pan and measure the closet to see if a new appropriate drain pan would fit because not all comply with current codes. He ordered the new drain pan, scheduled to have it installed but also commented on the review I left, he asked if he could come by. We said he could come verify our statements when the pan was installed but his team Brian and David were well aware of a number of issues prior to our final payment. Today, August 2nd the new drain pan was installed as George did acknowledge that is the proper installation for the set-up we have. He also reviewed a number of items, offered to fix what he could. While it was a nice offer/gesture, our experience with the team (Brian & David and all the sub contractors) made it impossible for us to accept. George indicated he was not aware and that a number of these items could have easily been punch list items to be taken care, but that option was never given to us. George did in fact reimburse us for a different issue. I'm grateful George stepped in and that he was willing to at least look into it. I'm more grateful he acknowledged and did correct the drain pan and I appreciate his offer to correct what he could. The crew that was here did an excellent job (from what we can tell as of today). It's unfortunate it had to be escalated but I can confidently say, when it was, George did everything he could to get taken care of appropriately. He communicated frequently and everything went very smooth.

Jose and his team at JM Painting & Stucco inc painted the entire exterior of my house late Spring…read moreof 2024 (garage, mailbox, deck, siding window and door trim). They provided warranty as part of the job. Fast forward to 2026, we had some issues with the paint flaking. I contacted Jose about the issue. He responded promptly and met me to discuss my concerns. He was very respectful and cooperative. Jose agreed to honor his warranty by sending a dedicated team to address all of my concerns. His team came the first week of May 2026 and spent the entire week fixing all identified areas of concern. They used oil based products this time to ensure a durable finished product. In the end, Jose and his team totally addressed all of my concerns and restored my deck, garage door and mailbox to nearly a new look. The home looks incredible and elegant. I am very pleased with the outcome. It is clear Jose cares about his business and customer satisfaction. If there are any concerns about the quality of work after the job is completed, Jose is very accessible and will dedicate the time to address all of your concerns. He will respond to your messages and meet in person if there are any issues in the future.
