We were transported from Midlothian to Dulles Airport for an international flight. Our driver got us to the airport in time and was there waiting on us when we arrived from our trip to take us home. There were no waiting periods. The vehicle used to transport us was clean and comfortable. We were able to connect our device to listen to music of our choice. They had a bottle of water, writing pads, and pens available if needed. The roundtrip commute was very affordable. Before booking, I compared the price of using this service to driving up to Dulles and parking our vehicle. Since I used a Groupon deal, it turned out less expensive to use the car service than to drive our own car. However, without the Groupon deal you should take into account the stress of DMV traffic as paying a little more would still be worth it. From my experience, I would highly recommend using this company for your transporting needs.

She is tired and hungry because she is waiting hours past her scheduled pick up time. We offer her food and a private room to lay down in which isn't a problem. My staff and I call and voice our concerns and they say the driver is on the way. The problem is when we explain we are closing and need to leave to pick up our children and their client would have to wait outside in 90 degrees temperatures unless we arrange child care, and they continue to lie and say the driver is on the way. Or we call and say the client was supposed to be picked up 2 hours ago, you said you would be here 2 hours ago, our entire staff is waiting to go to lunch, and they lie and say they are on their way. Today I called every 10 minutes to check on the driver who was again an hour late after dropping the patient off an hour late and I was told "I said the driver will be there in 5 minutes and was hung up on." Just because they are reimbursed through the medical insurance does not mean that they should provide poor service and take advantage of those in need of medical transportation. I will spend the rest of my afternoon reporting this company to every insurance carrier I know because no one should be a victim of this.
