We were transported from Midlothian to Dulles Airport for an international flight. Our driver got us to the airport in time and was there waiting on us when we arrived from our trip to take us home. There were no waiting periods. The vehicle used to transport us was clean and comfortable. We were able to connect our device to listen to music of our choice. They had a bottle of water, writing pads, and pens available if needed. The roundtrip commute was very affordable. Before booking, I compared the price of using this service to driving up to Dulles and parking our vehicle. Since I used a Groupon deal, it turned out less expensive to use the car service than to drive our own car. However, without the Groupon deal you should take into account the stress of DMV traffic as paying a little more would still be worth it. From my experience, I would highly recommend using this company for your transporting needs.

I've also witnessed drivers for them going well over 70mph on the interstate and cutting in and out of traffic almost causing multiple accidents. Zero stars. Absolutely unacceptable and dangerous behavior from a Genuine Care LLC driver on 5 /7/25. One of their drivers recklessly crossed over the middle line, nearly forcing me into a concrete wall at high speed. This wasn't just careless--it was life-threatening. What's worse, the driver never even pulled over to check the situation, never offered an apology. No remorse. No responsibility. If this is the kind of person they entrust with the safety of others, it raises serious questions about their standards and oversight. Shame on the company for failing to address such a serious incident. This is not "genuine care"--this is gross negligence. After asking the business for a driver apology either face to face or by video, I was denied and they threatened to contact authorities about me 'harassing' them over their driver apology.
