We got to the house and the refrigerator didn't work, the windows were rotten, and the house was filthy. It took me 3 weeks to get the house clean enough to live there. The wife signed the addendum agreeing to purchase our house BUT, the husband signed a MODIFIED addendum that was NOT agreeing to purchase the home.... Dan didn't see the mistake BUT, WHY Dan didn't submit this addendum to sign electronically by both buyers?? rest of the contract and inspection was signed electronically so, why not the addendum?
