I'm very disappointed with the spray tan I got here yesterday. You are not sprayed by a staff…read moremember but an automated machine. Because of that, there's no checking for missed spots - your time is up when your time is up. I followed ALL of the pre-tan directions - exfoliate thoroughly, no lotions or oils - and just before the spray, I used the "blending cream" all over my hands, feet, knees, and elbows, as directed. STILL, my tan is very uneven. The outer side of my left leg is tanned, but not the inside. My right leg is barely touched at all, and my right arm is barely touched. Of course, despite the blending cream, my elbows and knees are super dark, as are my palms and wrists. Looks like I'll be trying to fix this on my own tonight before the wedding I'm going to tomorrow... Next time I want a spray tan, I'll look for a place with a person doing it. Only good thing was the ease of booking.

You can book a time slot on her website and there's a variety of time slots and options for what kind of tan. I did the full body classic but she also offers half body, face, add ons like quick dry, sweat proof etc. She also has permanent jewelry and teeth whitening! $40 for the full body classic and absolutely worth not having to worry about missing spots if you do it yourself. Allie is incredibly friendly and instructs you on what to do if you've never been before. Inside the spray room there are also makeup wipes, hair nets, disposable undergarments, hair elastics- literally everything and anything you could possibly need. Even a snack basket :). You're also in and out in less than 20 minutes!

Not only does she do a killer job at applying the tan itself, she also makes me forget that I'm booty ass naked. We chit chat, joke, laugh, exchange stories, & before I know it, it's over. There's not a moment of awkwardness or insecurity. You know when you meet someone who's doing exactly what they're meant to be doing in their life? That's my libra gurl at Glistening Goddesses. She so wonderful at her job (& seems to really enjoy it!) that it makes you feel warm & fuzzy inside. Like not everything in this world is bad. Anyways the specs - I got a full body express level 2, which means I could wash it off in 2 hours. You bet I set an alarm & was in the shower praising the glistening goddesses not a minute after 2 hours. So glad that the express option exists.
