At first, I was surprised because I had never had a massage like this before. I think it's the Ashiatsu method. (Healing with the feet). She was putting a lot of pressure all over to the point where it was uncomfortable. She did more stretching and pushing all over my body then actually massaging. I've also never had a massage therapist who has touched my butt as many times as she did and never had one that was not modest in covering me up etc. on top of that I've never had a massage where the therapist has got on top of the table and sat on my butt while applying hard pressure. 10/10 would not recommend at all!! Massages are supposed to be relaxing this was not relaxing at all and I am very disappointed in my experience. I feel as if I could Of done what she did all by myself at home and I'm in more pain now then I was before!

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my experience. The owner was the only person working, and…read morethe entire massage felt very rushed. There wasn't much true kneading or focused massage work. A lot of the technique felt more like two hands quickly pinching and grasping at the muscles rather than actually massaging or working through them. She also moved from one area to another very quickly without spending enough time on any particular area. The most concerning part was the hot stone portion. At one point, a stone was hot enough that I physically winced and had to react because it felt like it was burning my skin. That definitely took me out of what was already a difficult experience to relax into. Overall, the massage felt rushed and lacked the focused, intentional technique I would expect from a professional massage. I left feeling like my muscles hadn't really been worked on at all. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not return.

Both masseuses were fantastic. Asked questions and focused on areas you specified. One of the better massages I've had. They move your limbs into specific positions to attack pain points. I specifically asked Amy to focus on my left shoulder and upper body. She got scared when I whinced as she moved my arm at one point. I expected a professional to understand and know what to do about loosening up the ligaments and tendons that would cause the tightness. Instead she wasted time on other areas and avoided the my shoulder all together. I workout quite a bit and I am used to having sore areas that need additional blood flow so having a good massage usually alleviates the tightness and soreness. After I questioned why she avoided my shoulder area she told I had to go see a doctor. She told me she had fifteen years experience but she clearly lacks confidence in her abilities with anything other than a spa massage.
