His right hand person is his wife who handles scheduling, phones, customer service etc. Rob Crozier comes to your home to give you an estimate for what you want done. I wanted my house, patio, deck, fence and 2 paths power washed. Rob listened to what I wanted, took pictures and I added that my last company sent 4 employees who took off in all different directions & I couldn't watch what they were doing. As a result, part of the shed & fence was not washed. Rob took note of that. He sent two men who stayed together & did a wonderful job. They went back in several areas & power washed twice. As far as the patio & deck, they removed furniture & when finished put everything back. I could not be happier with the results. This is why I am putting this company on Yelp for my fellow Yelpers.
