Was asked to reschedule but, this cleaning was scheduled to happen the day before our guests were to arrive. The owner wanted to reschedule while our guests were here. Quite frustrating that I wasted a week counting on this service and could have spent that time finding another provider. Not to mention the $48 spent boarding the dog today to keep him out of the way while the house was being cleaned. Extremely inconvenienced and unprofessional. Leana has such a friendly and pleasant personality and is an extremely hard worker. Leana was first scheduled to come from 10-3 but stayed until 5 (extra fee). She cleaned every room carefully, cleaned my fridge, oven and changed all my sheets. Leana brought her own cleaning supplies and Dyson vacuum. I would definitely recommend hiring Leana to clean your home!
