Working out at the gym, standing at work. Over the many years, the aches turned into pain, began to elect my security job. Headed south :( Dr. Zoog is who I got referred to. Funny, personable doctor. Seems to know his stuff. in 2009, after many failed attempts at different treatments and physical therapy, I was left to get surgery for planters fasciitis. Still some soreness in my feet. The surgery didn't cure all. But, I will add, Dr Zoog did mention that some people, not all, will be 100% better. Guess I'm in the minority. I still do recommend FFP to friends and family, however. Both grandma's go here. They think Dr. Zoog is fantastic.

Very respectful to my time. their work workflow can improve a little (but who doesn't) for example one time i had to go there to get a referral to the MRI, I am thinking instead I should have gotten the referral by the phone. but its partly my fault too.

Oh what a wonderful feeling to know that your x-rays show that your implant is fine! And you're healing, progressing ahead of schedule. I know this is because of prayer! So I have 3 healthcare insurances. The last 2 insurances are Medicare and Tricare for Life. I'm…read morevery specific when I give my insurances on how they were billed etc. On July 14, 2023 and again on July 24,2023 I stopped into their billing office and told them if they billed correctly I should not receive a bill because Tricare for Life is a wrap around for Medicare and whatever Medicare doesn't cover Tricare for Life covers 100%. When Tricare for Life is billed either correctly or incorrectly I get notified staying they covered xyz amount or they state due to x probably they didn't pay and I'm not responsible for the bill because of their error. ortho one states I owe $283.61 and never billed Tricare for Life and since we're now rolling into 3 years after the fact----Tricare for Life will probably tell them to go kick rocks. I have NEVER received any correspondence about this from Tricare for Life which means they didn't bill. What's sad is these places are notorious for partial billing and sticking the patient with what's left over-----why accept $75 from Tricare when I can bill the patient for a higher amount of $284.61 I've explained it to them repeatedly and yet they still have not billed Tricare for life and yes they accept Tricare for life. Sad really. I currently have a text stating I owe $284.61 and it's their error not mine

I had been a patient at OrthoOne many years ago. I was asked or it was suggested that I see an…read moreorthopedic doctor by my pain management doctor. I called to make an appointment and was seen within a week or so. As you entered the office, you sanitize your hands and then make your way to the desk. Every one was wearing a mask and then temperatures were taken. If you have been to any medical office lately it's the standard treatment! The check in didn't take long and we were taken back to a room in about 15 minutes or so. We were pleasantly greeted by the staff and had a short interview with his nurse. Dr. Hannallah came in the room shortly after that. He had reviewed previous X-rays and spent a very reasonable amount of time with us. He was very straight forward with his thoughts and diagnosis. I have arthritis and it's continuing to get worse. He recommended strongly that I should never have surgery on my back! He also said that he wouldn't operate on my back!. My pain is degenerative and there is some disc degeneration, in the lumbar region. He asked to have an MRI done and then to return for results. I appreciated Dr. Hannallah and his honesty. I have known doctors that kind of lead you on and won't be straight forward with you. I am thankful that I was assigned to him and appreciated the answers I was given. Next up- MRI!
