Now listen up pilgrim. You go see Dr.s Baynham & Baynham to get your dogs fixed. These two are couple of crackerjack experts. No guessin, no pomp - just straight up experts who will put you right. You don't want to got to no hospital foot doctor. You want these two. They run the show and they run it right. They are also fine people. Kind and as compassionate you could want. Goin to see anyone else would be a big mistake. And pard, I know about makin mistakes. I limped into Capital City Foot & Ankle like a lame horse that needed to be put down. I was also hit with the x-ray ploy from the "nurse." I told her no way -- not needed for my issue. She begrudgingly backed off, tattled to the doc, who actually agreed with me. So stand your ground if you know anything is unnecessary. And I would expand this advice to any health professional you visit! Don't be taken advantage of. These guys are not geniuses. I also don't like the musky basement location. This is my second less than stellar podiatry visit in the Columbus area. And they wonder why their specialty is treated as second class. ( I haven't had any income for almost 5 months due to improper handling of my paperwork). He said he wouldn't be able to get to it for at least a week. I made it clear that I'd already had X-rays and an MRI on my feet. And I understand that there are certain policies and regulations to follow but he would not operate on my badly deformed feet for at least two months. I've been in chronic pain for month s now. I asked for some pain medicine to at least help but he refused that as well. I have obvious severe problems with my feet. I can't walk well. I can't work. I've gained 50 lbs from being confined to a chair most of the time. I felt like he checked out of his oath to help those in need a while ago. I was not a real person. Not a human being with severe pain. I didn't have a life I'm desperate to get back to. The desire to work. The desire to not be in pain. The desire to lose the incredible amount of weight that I've put on. It just seems like he simply could not be bothered. It was actually very hurtful to see a Dr that nonchalant and ambivalent about a patient. I thought that kind of indifference was only seen in the movies. This visit was good aside from the wait time. Check-in and registration were some but had an existing order which sped things up. Wait time was about 43 mins but service was friendly and once I was back there it took no time. Quality if care was good. I like the convenience of this location but this location can be busy at times.

The facility is busy, and the parking lot is under construction, but the registration staff and medical staff with whom I had contact were very friendly and supportive to patients. Although this facility is on the other side of town, and somewhat inconvenient for me to get to, my experience with the medical staff and others at this facility makes it worth while to go out of my way to be treated at OSU Outpatient Care East.
