It's a chiro mill. After you've done a preliminary exam and pricey xray they become sales oriented…read more& want you to sign a contract. You spend a few hundred for xrays then if you decline a contract, they become quite a bit less friendly, which demonstrates their fake sincerity. In particular the help at the front desk act as though you've insulted them for not wishing to sign up for continued treatments. So I declined a contract, then was treated very poorly calling to arrange to retrieve my xray records, with them suggesting it was a bother, that I could only have copies. When I went to office they then INSISTED I sign a waiver saying I would never sue them (I had no such intention) before giving me my records. When I told them I had looked up the statute in N.H., & that patients records belong to the patient, and that I need not sign anything for my records, they were quite rude. An argument with the office staff ensued etc. Needless to say I am not a fan. When I later tried to talk to the owner he was quite rude saying he had "heard I caused a fuss" and defended his office's attempt to violate NH law. Last of all they've been spamming me now for a couple years with their ads, I've called them about it and they promise to remove my email address, but I still get unwanted notcies announcements etc. They can't be trusted, are disengenuous.

Took my first step into chiropractic work with Dr. Duke and team. I had had lower back issues for…read moresome time and already had minimal success with PT and the like. I saw an ad for an evaluation, and dove in. Dr. Duke went over the results, and I learned so much about my back...and it's issues, right away. From the X-ray screening, to the plan to get my lower back and neck to a better place, I was impressed by the communication from him and his staff. - Insurance communication has been clear, and all handled well by Chanda/Hailey. Both wonderful to work with. - Walk-in open style adjustments with daily exercises has been better than some PT I've taken part in. Being a bigger guy I feel very comfortable with Dr. John and how effective he is at adjusting me. - Traction in office goes beyond other Chiro options - Monthly educational opportunities to meet other patients and learn more about spine health etc. And Fritzy the pup with the team to match, make my weekly visits as fun as they are helpful and healing for my back! Give them a try and get your shit fixed.

I really wish I could leave a positive review. My sweet daughter got me a gift certificate to Vada…read morefor Christmas and I was so looking forward to my first visit. Sadly, reception was empty when I arrived and having never been there, I had no idea what to do or where to go. I sat in a waiting area for about 15 minutes but no one appeared. I finally decided to look around for someone but had no luck. My appointment was for 9:30 in the salt cave and I was running out of time. I found it on my own and laid down on one of the beds, but I felt like an intruder and I was very uncomfortable. So, after a while I decided to leave. A quick pit stop to the restroom before heading home revealed what I had been missing: directions on how to use the salt cave. By then it was too late, I was very embarrassed, and I just wanted to leave. I'll post the salt cave directions here for the next confused first timer. UPDATE: to clarify, "DO IT YOURSELF" is great for people who already know what they're doing. For a first timer, a little instruction is necessary. I had no idea what "DO IT YOURSELF" meant... did it mean walk in like I own the place and just know what to do or did it mean there would be a friendly person there who could give me a quick rundown on what I was supposed to do. It was obvious I was new to this by my clueless texts (which I will include). When I asked what I should wear, the pretty obvious response should have been, "it doesn't matter since you'll be changing into our PJs when you get here," not, "something comfortable." It really isn't obvious what to do when you get there so a few sentences of instruction could go a long way toward making first timers more comfortable.

The best experience for relaxation feeling good and feeling revived and relaxed. From the Zen garden to the salt room to the massage everything was perfect and so relaxing. I'll give this place a glowing recommendation for healing physically and mentally. definitely recommend to anyone needing some self-care time. This place is amazing.
