The owner, Cindy, is a registered nurse as well as a licensed massage therapist, so she has a great understanding of the body and how things work (or don't) together. I have continued with regular massage (every 2 weeks or so) and what a difference it has made to my physical and emotional healing. The Solfege Center for Healing is a warm oasis where people gather to benefit from the wonderful healing opportunities they offer - yoga, Reiki, massage, spiritual readings, sauna, health coaching, etc. You can book sessions/classes right from their website which is super convenient. I was amazed to learn that a number of issues that I had been suffering with were actually related to each other. I was placed on the waiting list for an in-person appointment, but in the meantime, I was started me on a regimen of herbs shortly after our initial phone consultation. The dotor was fantastic about explaining both the dosage and what each one of the herbs did and what they were for. Several of my issues had started clearing up before my first appointment!
