She takes payments sometimes and is responsible for calling stuff in when she feels like it and sending off Prior Authorization stuff to insurance and for 6 months has yet to get it just right but this month (last ill ever go here again) they took my money did not call in script until next day after pharmacy had to call for me because she quit answering my call(yes they have caller ID) then she never sent in a PA to Medicaid until Friday my appt was Tuesday then the PA had a mistake and could not be used for the suboxone prescription cause something was screwed up so now me or my pharmacy cannot get them to answer they just send the call to voice-mail and guess who checks the voice-mail(yep same girls) so its been 9 days I have had to pay cash for a medicine(so far $250.00 on a medication I normally pay $3.30 for all of it now im out the $150.00 I paid them to see doctor to get suboxone and now $250.00 for the medicine which is not even all of the medicine it was just for some of it I'm not even suppose to have to pay for it but now I do because literally they have apparently no one they have to answer to and it doesn't take much to see the doctors have little to no idea this happens but if they do I hope they get shut down and they may want to put the "office girls" through some training or to unemployment because as long as the girls that answer or don't answer the phone call the shots I will go somewhere else and get the help I need and pay a lot of money for from a doctor because it cost to much to go to this place when your appt and prescriptions getting taken care of depend on the moods and work ethic of a "office girl" that needs to be replaced.

Temps were taken at entrances, and they gave you hand sanitizer to use before moving forward into the building. Elevators are limited to 4 people at a time. My appointment was with Dr. Hanes. He was very personable, excellent bedside manner, and very thorough. He didn't make me feel rushed, he talked slowly and made sure I understood what he was explaining to me regarding the next steps we had to take in my treatment plan. I felt very comfortable with him. I'll update the review as I continue with my care here, as I have multiple procedures/tests to do soon.

USA Health Strada Patient Center is a state-of-the art medical facility with several physicians and…read moreservices located in one building. They have a lot of doctors who accept Tricare at this facility that's why I came here. My physician Dr. Perry is located on the 3rd floor here. You can get x-rays, mammograms, Orthopaedics, Oncology and Pediatrics all in one place. There is tons of parking but on any given day the lot can be full. All the staff seems friendly to me. I love it here and will continue to visit my physicians located here.

From Darla, Kevin and Troy in administration, Gaylan and Julie leading their team of wonderful therapists, to the one and only Miss Eileen at the front desk who listens and cares as sleepless parents sign in their child who seems to only need 2 hours of sleep at night some nights... All of the staff there are knowledgeable and genuinely care about everyone that passes through their doorway. We have been clients since they first opened their business.
