Terrible experience. After nearly two weeks of trying to order a coat from them they still have not resolved anything. I had tried placing an order online which did not go through. I called the store since nobody from customer service was replying back to me. The lady on the phone proceeded to tell me the issue was with my bank so I called my bank and they never saw a purchase from their end. I called again and she said the same thing that the issue was on my end. I politely asked to have it put back in stock since the coat was marked as "purchased" when I had tried ordering the first time. She went ahead and listed it again for me so I could try purchasing again. Second time, same error message. My husband codes for a living and recognized the code as their database being down so I called yet again. She did try to find a workaround by having me purchase another way by marking my order for "bank transfer" & then paying by paypal which I appreciated, but then when she listed for me I tried paying but now she told be its no longer in stock. By this time I am livid. It was over a week of frustrating emails and calls and what seemed like not a care in the world customer service for a $2k coat. She said she would talk to the warehouse and a week later, still nothing. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I try to support smaller boutiques but if the customer service doesnt live up to the name, Im bringing my money elsewhere. read more
