Like the expensive guys, Clear Tech uses filtered water for a really nice, no drip or streak clean with no squeegeeing necessary. Nathan was very nice to deal with and came on time. He did a thorough job, removing screens and cleaning tracks like a good window cleaner should. He was very efficient and took less time than those I've hired in the past. I opted just for the exteriors to be cleaned, interiors are an option for an upcharge but not always needed. The price was affordable and reasonable. I'm very happy with my sparkling clean windows, and highly recommend Clear Tech Window Cleaning.

I wish I had come here to check first. I usually do. Im on the Menifee and Lake Elsinore border…read more One cleaner did a decent job. I specifically requested baseboards. Half were done decently. Some not at all and some just looked like they were vacuumed not wiped down. Very inconsistent and they left dried cleaner on my floor which stained my floor. I told the owner all this and as a business owner I would have sent my people back out to FIX the problem not just said "thanks for the feedback. This business has SUCH potential. Great advertising. Willing, professional laborers. One cleaner was super good but the other just needed better training. My concerns felt dismissed. Definitely wont be back again. Sad bc if they had better cleaning they could have had a monthly or 2'x monthly account. So a little extra time/investment and training could have resulted in $5-10k a year. Big loss. Hope they rethink their business practices. In the anount of time they were there just a few tweaks would have made the difference between disappointment and a satisfying returning customer. Then if your customer isnt happy send someone back by to check out what theyre saying. If the customer is right and thenjob wasnt well done fix it and apologize and offer a discount on next svc. If the customer is just too nitpicky and not right just fix what you can and cut the loss. You dont want that customer anyway but if you dont even dust shelves youve failed the mission. The only reason I did two stars is bc they were all really nice. She was flexible with some rescheduling I had to do and one of the guys DID do a good job on my kitchen cabinets (I specifically asked for cabinets to be cleaned). Maybe they find they can make good money by getting lotsa first time bookings but if they really wanna do well and grow, get those recurring bookings. Seriously ... dust all shelves, clean a few more baseboards and cabinets and dont leave dried cleaner and youd have had a recurring customer here. Such a loss. For both of us. Second piece of advice. Send your BEST on first time cleans. Go above/beyond. Then if something is missed 2-3rd time they know it could be a fluke and not just the way it always is. Then you send someone out to fix it asap, discount on next clean and make sure it doesnt keep happening. Thats how you KEEP customers and those customers send you NEW customers.

First time customer and definitely a customer for life…read more Initially, I was searching Yelp to find a carpet cleaning company to clean an area run one of our dogs recently threw up on. I created a message and sent it out to about 10+ local companies and although Thomas wasn't the first to respond, but he ended up being the best decision we could have made. Another company responded first and never got back to us so I went to the next message and it was from Thomas. After a few minutes explaining our situation and what we needed, they said they were available the very next day. I asked if I could add an additional room and he immediately agreed. Upon arrival, Another One Wipes The Dust was very friendly and professional. We showed them the rug and they started cleaning right away paying extra attention the stains and doing a thorough job. From there, we moved into the extra room that we added and they did a fantastic job on that as well. As they were finishing up, my wife asked if they could clean our upstairs hallway before leaving because one of our dogs peed on the carpet and since they had time, we paid the difference and ultimately couldn't be happier! No more stains, No more pee smell, and their prices were NOT outrageous unlike other businesses in the area. Thank You, Anothe One Wipes The Dust! Until next time..(yes, there will be a next time ha!)
