After discovering significant water damage in our sunroom, our insurance company recommended Mr…read more Cleanz LLC in Blue Springs, Missouri. What initially appeared to be a minor issue turned out to be extensive damage caused by water intrusion around the roofline and chimney. Ultimately, the entire sunroom had to be demolished and rebuilt from the ground up. From the beginning, the team at Mr. Cleanz treated our home with care and professionalism. They worked directly with our insurance company, coordinated the necessary trades, and guided us through a project that was much larger than anyone originally anticipated. A project of this size naturally involved many moving parts, including demolition, structural repairs, roofing, windows, flooring, electrical work, insulation, drywall, painting, and finish carpentry. Throughout the process, the staff at Mr. Cleanz remained friendly, courteous, and committed to making sure the project was completed correctly. The finished sunroom exceeded our expectations. The craftsmanship is excellent, the room is beautiful, and it's hard to believe it's the same space after seeing the extensive water damage that had occurred. Looking back at the before-and-after photos really highlights how much work went into restoring our home. What I appreciated most was that Mr. Cleanz stood behind their work and stayed committed to seeing the project through. They worked with our insurance company throughout the process, coordinated numerous subcontractors, and made sure the final product met a high standard of quality. Home restoration projects can be stressful, especially when hidden damage is uncovered, but having a contractor who genuinely cares about restoring your home makes all the difference. I truly appreciate the effort their team invested in bringing our sunroom back to life. If you're looking for a restoration contractor for water damage, reconstruction, or insurance repairs, I would absolutely recommend Mr. Cleanz LLC. Our family is enjoying our beautiful new sunroom, and we're grateful for the work they did to restore our home. Zero Stars... After a major rain storm in the area, we woke…read moreup to our basement flooded. We called ServPro and they said they would be right out. It took several hours but one employee showed up late that evening. He explained that he could have a crew come out over night to start the cleanup. To keep from being charged "off hour" fees, I told him to hold off until the morning and he said they would be out at 8am. We asked for an estimate of how much the cleanup would cost. He stated it would be between $2000-$5000. I asked if he could be more precise. He said it was hard to say, but he estimated that it would be closer to the $2000 level. Workers didn't show up until around 5pm the next 2 days even after giving an 8am estimated start time. We asked 2 or 3 more times for an estimate on the cost. Each time, they repeated the $2000-$5000 range, but closer to the $2000. We called, and the office workers explained that the crew chief would be better to estimate it. After the 2 days of cleanup, they left their machines for a few more days and stopped by once a day to check their meters. I asked for the total bill and they still didn't know. I called 2 or 3 more times and was told they were still "working on" the bill. After 2 weeks, we received a bill of over $12,000. The bill and 330 pages of supporting documents arrived in an email. It took them more time to create the bill than they spent working in my house. How can that be?!?! How can they be that far off in their estimate? When I called and spoke to the management, they said I should have asked for an estimate first. We did. He said we shouldn't have asked the workers for an estimate. How were we to know that? If you send an employee out to my house, he is your representative. Unless he says otherwise, he is authorized to give estimates. ServPro manager says they won't change the bill.
