I HIGHLY WARN EVERYONE!!! DO MORE RESEARCH!! - He is a trained anesthesiologist yet has chosen to spend the remainder of his career obviously trying to make as much money as possible by "attempting" to be a plastic surgeon. - His only medical staff (outside of a surgery center) is HIS WIFE!! I had my implants ruptured in a terrible domestic violence situation and unable to return to England (where I had them done originally) so, based on good appointments and his demeaner and a couple photos I made the decision to go under the knife with Dr. Singhal. - I AM MORE THAN HAPPY TO SHARE ANY PHOTOS WITH ANYONE! (The surgeon I had initially who did a remarkable job had me wrapped for a week!) 2) From the first few weeks I began sending photos by text showing open wounds and told "not to worry" 3) He cut off my nipples (the other surgeon didn't!!) and he sewed them on in HUGE ovals, not centered and with terrible open wounds that lead to terrible scars) 4) They are not centered and even though I had them enlarged slightly I have absolutely no cleavage. 5) When I push my breasts together to fake cleavage, they make the nipples invert and point (similar to crossed eyes). 6) They hang off of the sides of my rib cage and are not centered. 7) I am unable to wear ANY BATHINGSUIT unless it is like a sports bra and covers my entire chest because nipples hang out and there is no cleavage. 8) The gap between my breasts is FOUR INCHES!! 9) He said he would reposition them and set up the surgery but then demanded that I pay for the surgery center and anesthesiologist again! 10) An ultrasound on my breasts this past September revealed HE LEFT SILICONE INSIDE MY RIGHT CAPSULE!! (He said he spent an extra hour to get all the leakage removed.) Obviously not!! 10) I sent pictures and messages for over a year and in May 2025 received a text saying: "We will no longer honor any of your appointments! The results are not the fault of the doctor." ARE YOU KIDDING ME? WHO CUT THEM OFF AND PUT THEM ON WRONG? WHO CUT OFF MY (ONCE VERY SMALL) NIPPLES AND SEWED ON HUGE OVALS THAT DO NOT MATCH EACH OTHER? WHO AGREED TO REPOSITION (thus saying there is a problem) BUT THEN DIDN'T HONOR IT unless I forked out more money? Because of this, I have lost over a year of my life, required inpatient psychiatric help, didn't work for over a year and I still attend trauma therapy. This is a service industry, and we spend a great deal of money when doing plastic surgery. ANY mistakes on the part of the doctor should be fixed. Customer/patient satisfaction and reviews should be of paramount importance. This surgeon is negligent and makes the "Hippocratic Oath" turn into the "Hypocrite Oath" Now that I am employed as a teacher again, I am now on a substantial number of psychiatric medications and continued therapy to manage my day-to-day depression and PTSD when looking in the mirror. I have been seeking legal advice and have confirmation that Dr. Singhal meets all 4 criteria for a medical malpractice case. The only reason I am unable to act on this is because of the statute of limitations in Missouri. I have been too unwell to be able to seek legal help until now and have missed my opportunity. However....I have certainly NOT missed my opportunity to WARN as many potential patients as possible. I intend to do just this. I now must spend the next few years trying to save money to be able to afford another surgeon who can make me look like a normal woman again (and not like I should be on an episode of "Botched!") My romantic life is almost impossible because I won't take off my shirt and when I wear a normal bra I have nipples exposed and one breast higher than the other. He's left me in a terrible situation and should not be able to practice medicine in the field of plastic surgery. He has ruined my life! This is an unethical husband and wife team who have absolutely no business doing plastic surgery! SAVE YOURSELF AND PASS THE WORD! The scar was visisble on my forehead NOT hidden in my hairline and my forehead was now lumpy. Until I asked for a refund in April 2026 she never once mentioned a revision. Moving out of state so revision not an option and why would I go back to the same doctor that left me with a visible scar on my forehead. The pictures are from Dec. 2024 to April 2026. So even though I would have to travel, I decided to give it a shot, and I'm SO glad I did. The entire staff at Monarch made me feel welcome and valued. Dr. Spaniol and his nurse Kimber are two very genuine and caring people. They make you feel like an individual, not just "the next patient." Once the procedures were over and I went home, Dr. Spaniol & Kimber checked on me the days, weeks and even months following; to make sure I was still happy and comfortable (which I am), and if I had any concerns (which I don't). I've never had any MD check up on me 5-6 months after I saw them last. My results are truly phenomenal and I feel like a new person. I've never felt so confident. I do NOT recommend Dr. MyChi Le at Mosaic Life Care. Don't…read morewaste your time or money. IN MY OPINION, I found Dr. Le to be lacking expertise, impersonal and uncaring and some kind of arrangement with Mosiac. She would not perform a simple plastic surgery procedure without a CT scan. Dr. Le's quote on her website: "Mosaic Life Care offered me the opportunity to practice the wide scope of plastic surgery." Paid the $65 consult fee, which was to be applied to the surgery for Dr. Le to tighten a small area of skin. When I made the appt. I asked the receptionist if Dr. Le performed two other plastic surgery procedures but the receptionist said she didn't know, to ask Dr. Le at the consult. The consult was rushed, lasting about 4 minutes. Dr. Le told me she would not do the plastic surgery procedure of tightening a small area of skin without a CT scan, (in my opinion confusing her degree in plastic surgery with family practice medicine). I told her I couldn't afford A CT scan, that I didn't have insurance and that a CT scan would cost more than the plastic surgery, but Dr. Le continued to write the CT order, handed it to me and stood up to walk away. I told her I had two other procedures to ask if she performed, but she said they were not in her notes from the receptionist, so she couldn't discuss them with me and left the room, leaving me stunned. While leaving, I told the receptionist that Dr. Le told me she would not do the plastic surgery procedure without a CT scan, that I couldnt afford a CT scan and THERFORE I would not and could not use Dr. Lee, that I was going to see another doctor, and asked for a refund of the consult fee that was supposed to go for the surgery. The receptionist said I must speak to the manager about a refund but after 7 messages for the manager to call me back and the receptionist constantly saying the manager was out of town ( during a months time) the manager never called me. Meanwhile I went to another plastic surgeon who agreed to fix the area and never mentioned a CT scan. I called Dr. Le's office again, told the receptionist that another doctor agreed to fix the area without a CT scan, that Dr. Le had raised the bar too high for me to use her, by requiring a CT Scan and that I wanted the consult fee refunded to me. I told the receptionist that the manager never returned my calls. The receptionist called me back later that day and said she talked to BOTH the manager and Dr. Lee and they both said they would NOT refund the consult fee. IN MY OPINION this office is unreasonable, that Dr. Le does not have enough expertise as a plastic surgeon to do a procedure without a CT scan, and that perhaps Dr. Le has some sort of arrangement on CT scan orders.

The business aspect of this organization is cold and cut-throat. I am sorry to have to leave them. My new doctors office is much closer and will hopefully begin to feel warm and inviting the way cobblestone used to be for me. My husband will be staying as we do not want to change up on him given his extreme illness. We will just take great care to make sure his bill is always paid on time.
