That allowed her to get a refund where Maddix could get their fees. Plus they didn't show that she was self employed owing self employment taxes. After our accountant looked at her return and 2015 and 2017 she is filing amended returns. She is faced with taxes of a few thousand dollars. We tried to contact them but their phone is disconnected and their corporation has not been renewed by the state.
