    I can see why this business has such low ratings. I have contacted them a number of times never,…read morenever, once to receive a reply. I tried making an appointment with them on numerous occasions but they never have returned my emails or inquiries. I assume they do not want my business and I suspect it's because I am a member of a minority. They have very poor business practices. I had contacted a competitor and within seconds someone had called me back and I was able to make an appointment for exactly what I wanted. Look elsewhere this company is a joke.

    The staff are friendly but, In April of 2025, I pre-paid over $8,000 for a year's worth of hair…read morerestoration services. The services were described as weekly visits for 8 weeks and then one visit every other week for the rest of the year. That's 30 visits...and a hair piece. I received the hair piece and only went to the salon for 10 treatments. Some serious medical issues arose that included two hospital stays and a stay in a nursing home. I kindly asked to cancel all remaining unused services and receive a refund so I could pay the medical bills. The stylist said she will need to crunch the numbers and send a report to the owner so a refund could be issued for the correct amount. I called every week. The excuses were piling up. After a month went by, which was a reasonable amount of time, I started calling a few times a week and asking to speak to the owner. Everyone said she would call me back. SHE NEVER DID. Approaching a 60 day milestone now and the sweet stylist, who should not be put in the middle, called me and said I was being unreasonable. She said the office manager would call me today and plans to AGAIN ask that I consider pausing my services rather than getting a refund. I reminded her that we already had that conversation two months ago and look forward to hearing from the office manager today. Guess who did not call me today? Why would I want to ever go back there after the way they have treated me now? Be cautious of paying for any service up front!
