She told me not to worry, that it would look good in the end, so I said I would trust her. When we were done, I expressed concern again at how they looked. After the swelling went down, it was a little better but still not good. I went in for touch ups which was $40. I would tend to think that when you pay for a service, that you receive at least a moderately good result without having to pay more. Now it is better but I still feel the need to put make up over them. One is wider than the other. One has more curve than the other. And one ends lower than the other. I have asked friends to honestly tell me if I am being too picky. I wish I was. But I'm not. Before this, I basically had no eyebrows. But now, if I don't have makeup on, I have goofy eyebrows. I'm not sure which is worse. I waited to give any feedback in hopes that my opinion would change. I really hoped this would not be the outcome. When asked if I liked my eyebrows now, I gave a long explanation of why I feel it is more than just a minor difference, trying very hard to be fair and reasonable, but ultimately saying that no I don't love them, Stephanie replied with a text, saying "apparently you have no respect for me as a professional, I think it would be best to find someone else to accommodate you". I really don't know what I could have done differently to be more reasonable. I hate posting this publicly but I wish I had known this before I went.

He took a lot of time making sure that every millimeter of my tattoo looked perfect and suggested i come back for shading. It was an important memorial tattoo for my mom and I really appreciated his skill and humor. My leg kept involuntarily jerking and he still managed to keep every lane perfect. The price was more than reasonable so I gave him a big tip! Would recommend Noel to anybody if he has been tattooing since 1985!

We have been working on my tattoo for nearly 6 months, and it has been a wonderful experience. It isn't complete yet, but a one of a kind piece of art is being created. I will post more later. The studio is gorgeous and all of the other employees are courteous and curious. They always want to see the work and even offer coffee. It is an extremely clean studio that is beautifully decorated. She has done 2 tattoos on me so far including a couples tattoo with my wife. She is doing another 2 on me this weekend including a cover up piece. After that we will be designing a sleeve piece. The all women studio really makes you feel relaxed. The owner is always checking up on the clients to make sure they are comfortable. I can't say enough about the studio and especially Emma. I will not trust anyone right now except for Emma to do my ink.

First, the shop itself was beautiful and appeared very clean. My friend's tattoo also turned out beautifully, so I definitely want to give credit for that. However, her appointment was at 9 a.m., and the actual tattooing didn't start until around 10:30. The artist left the room several times throughout the appointment, and about halfway through, she told us she'd been vaping during those breaks and was completely baked. I personally found that pretty concerning, considering she was tattooing someone. There were also political and antisemitic comments made during our visit that both my friend and I found inappropriate. Afterward, my friend told me she had been so uncomfortable that she just wanted the artist to hurry up and finish. That's not how anyone should feel during a tattoo appointment. There was also a dog in the shop and the artist's granddaughter came into the space a few times. The dog was very well-behaved, and honestly, neither of those things bothered me personally. But it did make me wonder about health and sanitation practices in a place where tattoos are being done. Some of the interactions also felt rude and condescending, which didn't help the situation. I really wanted to like this place. The shop was beautiful, and the artwork was great. But there were just too many things about the experience that didn't sit right with either of us. My friend has said that even though she loves her tattoo, she wouldn't go back. And I feel the same way. Neither of us would feel comfortable recommending this shop to someone else.

Boo Hoo! Moving on... :) I have been in a handful of times, and so far have gotten 3 different tattoos at this shop. Two done by Desi that were larger pieces and totally beautiful. One was custom tailored to exactly what I wanted and more. She has turned my ideas into amazing pieces of art I couldn't have ended up with without her vision and talent. The actual experience has always been relaxing, easy going and smooth. Always healed up nicely and so much fun to show off afterwards. 11/10 recommend going to this lady for any ink needs or ideas to build on. - All the ladies for that matter are great artists and I would trust any of them to do great work. Not saying the men aren't as talented I just haven't had any of them do work besides Patrick, who'm I and two other friends got work done by the last time I went in. He did a crown on my shoulder and my friends, while Malania did our third friends matching tattoo. Super efficient and we all left happy with our work (: Fun atmosphere to be around, everyone works so well together and I feel like I'm in good hands when I'm there. FAVORITE TATTOO SHOP IN CDA! I've been in other shops and instantly disliked the aura or attitude of some artists and I get that comes with the territory... It's an intimidating industry to be in, but JOJO's does a great job at getting people into tattoos, if it's there first one and their unsure where to start. Great job everybody, Keep it up! We stopped in to a couple of tattoo parlors in Hayden and CDA. This was by far the cleanest one with very professional artists. They were technically closed but let us come in and get work done. They have a minimum (I think it was $60) but you get what you pay for. Our artist Jake/ Jacob drew our art then made the changes we asked. He used one color on my cousin and 4 colors on mine. Quick and painless. Friendly artists. Great shop overall.
