Then cancelled day before claiming not taking anymore new clients? Pointed out should keep her commitments then take time for self not just dump people. Then she changed excuse to can't get your results in time which she would've known day we did consult. So she was late, for both me & man ahead of me, complained about her own help, blamed it on them then spent an hour and a half of my time preparing for a procedure that she then ditched out on and talked in circles never give me a straight, true answer of what the heck was going on. I have to say as much as I like her, and wish her the best of all things, This is most unprofessional situation I've ever experienced in a business. Good luck to y'all. It was the second side she worked on and I feel like maybe she just wanted to hurry and get them done? I felt it was unfair to take my money and not even address me or the issue. I had to get ahold of the gal who ran the salon to get her to finally respond. She reluctantly set up a time to fix them. The appointment was just super awkward and I could feel the resentment. I didn't want to be catty and I hate confrontation, but everyone was telling me to get them fixed. I never returned and I don't recommend going to her for lashes.

I was also especially impressed with how Jennifer handled a woman that came in while I was there for my eyebrows. Jennifer then tried to hand her money offing her a partial refund but the woman screamed she didn't want charity and refused the money. I don't know that anything could have made her happy.
