    I'm in shock this company is in business- they literally STOLE $150 from me. They came to my house…read moreto look at a water fountain that I wanted some copper work done on it. They would not come out unless I paid $150 which I did. I did not hear from them for WEEKS, I had to call and keep calling. The girl that answers the phone is rude, very rude. I'm frustrated and she's just so rude, doesn't show 1 sign of wanting to help. Finally after many calls, I get a design emailed to me, and when I replied back about some changes, on April 8th, Leroy never responded. They think because they finally sent over a design 2 months later, that qualifies for them to keep my $150 without trying to work on the project. This is the WORST company and service you can get. The lowest of all lows. No response since April 8th. How bad can you get? Your response below is completely false and fabricated to make you look responsible. You lied and continue to lie to make your company look good. You went weeks and weeks without contacting me and if it wasn't for me calling, you would NOT have called or finished a design. Also, the nerve of saying this project was more money than I wanted to spend is a lie! I had changes regarding the design and you completely ignored my email and once again NEVER RESPONDED. You have very bad reviews and I hope anyone wanting to use you will take the time to read these reviews. Thanks for NOT RESPONDING to my email or try to make changes to the design as I requested, Money had nothing to do with it, I simply said the changes could reduce the price since I wanted less copper. The lying is unbelievable! BTW: you lied and turned it around by saying you accommodated me when my dog was sick. You sent an email trying to set up an appointment with me and I told you I couldn't do an appointment at this time because my dog was sick. You made it sound like I made an appointment and canceled it ANOTHER BIG LIE!

    I would like to begin by expressing my dissatisfaction with the service provided by Tin Works…read more Although it is not my habit to leave negative reviews, I feel compelled to do so in light of my recent experience. I contacted Tin Works with the intention of repairing a damaged range hood as a matter of urgency, in view of the forthcoming sale of my property. Despite sending multiple emails, I received only one response. I made repeated calls to the company regarding scheduling an appointment, but was met with an uncooperative and unyielding front desk lady who failed to provide any solutions or basic information, despite my simple and straightforward enquiries. For example, I attempted to ask whether I could pay by credit card, but was informed that payment could only be made by check.  Even after the company stated in the one any only email sent to me that I could pay by credit card. I have all those emails attached below for reference in the photos section.  I had to reach out to the company directly by phone over 6 times and was met with a combative, rude, no customer service, and no solutions available front desk lady. All she would constantly tell me is she can take my name and number and get back to me.  Did she once ever get back to me?  Or call me?  Never once. The day of the technician's scheduled visit, I waited, but the technician failed to show up. When I contacted Tin Works, I was informed by the same unhelpful front desk lady that the technician could not be reached, and that she had left him a voicemail. I asked her what I should do, and her response was unhelpful, simply suggesting that I "do whatever I want". I expressed my frustrations at the lack of follow-through, but did not raise my voice or behave in a disrespectful manner. Nonetheless, the front desk lady accused me of belittling her, which left me confused.  I proceeded to tell her I am going to leave a review about the company online.  She said we will respond accordingly like she's trying to scare or threaten me.  What are you going to respond about?  How awful the entire situation was?  And that you can't keep a simple appointment request on the books accordingly.  I drove 30 minutes to meet this tech at the house. It was a waste of my time and day. Given my experience, I have no intention of ever engaging Tin Works again. Instead, I will opt for a mom and pop shop that is more deserving of my patronage. Also side note it does not surprise me how low their rating is on Yelp. You are what you promote.
